Given their location, I really wanted to like this place. After reading Unilocal reviews about the expensive prices, I called to inquire about how much a pedicure cost. I then proceeded to the salon to get one. They were advertising $ 5 off ao I figured why not try a new place. The staff barely greeted me and were talking and laughing in their native language the entire time. My tech tried to upsell me the more expensive services, which I declined. I felt like they were mocking me because I heard them say a few things in English like«buy one get one» and then they all laughed while looking at me. I have never felt like this at a nail salon. The only interactions with the customers were to determine polish and payment. I was courteous the entire time(I was really trying to like the place) and gave my tech a decent tip. The nail in the coffin for me was when my tech brought me a coupon after I paid, which was good for a future visit. This place falsely advertises deals and only cares about taking your money. They were cold and rude and they have just lost a customer.

Honestly, this is a place I have gone to twice now out of convenience to work. Both times, my shellac manicure didn’t last beyond a week without peeling and my regular nail salon is appalled at the thickness of polish. It is expensive for a shellac mani too… $ 30. I won’t be returning.

I have never experienced something quite like this at a salon. From the moment I walked inI until after I left my manicurist was speaking on her cellphone! The quality of the manicure is very good, considering she was completely involved in a conversation with her niece in Thailand. She did ask me two questions after about 20 minutes, then held the phone up” to show her niece in Thailand«my nails; noticeably focusing on my heirloom engagement ring. NEVER going back! Ugh!

I went into Dalla Nails & Spa for a mani/pedi based on a few recommendations from Facebook posts. Big mistake. I truly can not recommend this«spa.» There was nothing relaxing about the environment. Lady #1 who started/completed my pedi was rough in exfoliating my feet(which were in great shape). I don’t even recall the pedi bowl being sanitized after me for the next customer who sat right down. I proceed to the mani, Lady #1 begins, then a customer came into the salon so then Lady #2 jumps in to continue the mani. When they said Lady #3 was going to continue my mani that’s when I said I was DONE. I paid $ 32 for a pedi, tipped the young lady her 15% and left. I really can not recommend. I had to choose a star but then that is over rated.

I really like this place. It’s big, clean and has plenty of staff. It’s a little pricey but for the area it’s definitely worth it and I love coming!

They did a decent job on our pedis and shellac manis… But when the bill came in at $ 62 without tip I was shocked. That is the most expensive mani pedi I have ever received!!! Everyone was friendly, professional and did a god job, but that is an outrageous price! We won’t be back because of the Price. You can get a great shellac Mani and pedi elsewhere for waaaay less.

A little pricey for the standard mani-pedi but they did a nice job! I’m probably go back when I am close by.

Decided to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure. Booked an appointment a few weeks ago. Went in today and plan on doing this monthly for now on. Place was very clean, equipment looked New. My pedicure was first and the best one I have ever had. Complete with chair massage. 90 minutes of pure bliss. Then my manicure in another area but done by the same lady. I asked for polka dots as a decoration and she did it on all to jazz it up. Love this place. Also when I was paying they gave me a card that will give me a free manicure and free pedicure after 9 times. Only thing I would recommend to the owner is to tell the staff to speak English when clients are there. Saw a lot of people say they had no appointment but noticed they had no more then a five minute wait.
