Janice was able to accommodate me on really short notice, even coming in early on a Saturday for me. And my eyelashes look great! I’ve gotten eyelash extensions before, but Janice has given me a lot more lashes than I usually get. Her price is also the best you will find in this area.
I hesitate to write anything negative, but somehow there were a few times where my lashes stuck together or something or stuck to the patch and hurt to get off. I’m sure this was not normal for Janice, but I’ve never had it happen at other places before.
I still want to recommend Janice though! She is very friendly and my lashes look amazing, especially for $ 150.

Janice is great. Very personable and wants to make her clients happy. I have suffered from acne most of my life. Janice was so kind to me and let me know there was a light at the end of the tunnel. I have been very spoiled with my lashes. I recently moved to the Ventura County area and I have been all over this county and nearby ones as well testing fate and allowing incapable hands attempt to do my lashes. I have been charged anything from $ 290 – 400 for a full set and $ 85-​$ 130 for a fill. Each time I payed I was hoping for dream lashes and each time I was devastated at the result. I contacted my previous eyelash girl and she scoured the internet and made calls on my behalf for the best person she could and gave me Janice’s phone number! This I can honestly say was probably one of the best gifts I could have received. My first impression of her facility is that it was beyond luxe and beautiful giving me something I thought I had lost «HOPE». Then came the moment of truth I was greeted by Janice the most sincere and radiant woman it have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She took her time explaining how damaged my lashes were from trying so many variations of glues and lashes. She told me not to worry she would fix me! She beyond exceeded my expectations. Her prices are also unbeatable! I would pay 3x the charged amount for this experience. 1 000 0000x recommend her for anyone wanting the very best! The best way to prove how much I love this place is to tell you I recommended it to my Mother in Law (we all know how hard they are to please. They seem to look for reasons to disagree with our preferences) and she is now a repeat «Happy» client!

Janice will make you beautiful! I go to her once a month… cannot miss! My daughter has acne breakouts occasionally due to age/​hormones and Janice is the only person who can get her skin clear! The eyelash extensions are superb as well! Not to mention, she is an amazing person! Love, love, love her!

Do not go here for facial. I came home with bruise and still left over white head and bump still on my face. Now I have to worry about the bruise turning into scab then scarring… Bad experience will never go back again for facial.

Just wanted to add to my previous review of this place. I have added facials/​peels to my visits and I wish Janice could do my face daily! Love her! She is professional and honest.

Janice is FANTASTIC. I discovered her when I was looking for a facial while housesitting in Westlake Village and now I do not mind a drive from Santa Monica to see her because it is absolutely worth it. Her customer service, personability, product knowledge and honest advice far surpasses any other day spa or esthetician I’ve been to in LA and her prices are almost too good to be true. To boot, she’s just a really lovely person.
I’ve been seeing her for a 6-​week chemical peel regimen that has improved my skin to the point I’ve received many compliments from my friends on my «fresh-​faced» glow. No more break outs, uneven skin tone, etc. I almost don’t even need to wear make-​up anymore. I also just had my eyelashes dyed and she did it with this blue/​black tint that makes my eyes pop. Again — SO nice to not have to wear make up. Did I mention the peel and eyelashes together were well under $ 100?
