Calling to check see if their a iPhone 6S plus in stock and he said YES it is after I kept on repeating myself like 3 times and he still said YES once I got there he said he don’t have it because he mis heard me over the phone. Even when I arrived i ask him for the iPhone 6S plus he said YES, as he heading to back to grab the iPhone his coworker said«he want the 6S plus» like 2 times and he turn around to me and said he only have the iPhone 6S not the 6S plus. WON’T CALLTHEREAGAIN!

My husband and I went in here to get a phone plan. They completely messed it up. We were in there for 3+ hours one night because they couldn’t figure out how to switch from T-Mobile. Long story short, they ended up making two accounts for us and we had no idea. We got charged for 2 accounts and kept getting bills even though we were paying our monthly bill. If we didn’t call customer service ourselves, they would have passed it to a collection agency. All because of the incompetent employees at this location. If you want fast and correct service, do not go here! They will ruin your credit.

We went into the store to renew our contract without knowing it was an Authorized Retailer… not a corporate store. The rep with long hair(I believe his name was Andrew) was very condescending and gave us strange looks when we asked generic questions. The girl, on the other hand, was very friendly and helpful every step of the way. They charged us activation and upgrade fees after they said they would waive them. I went to AT&T and they told me that they were unable to do anything because it was not a corporate store. AT&T was very helpful, but Andrew lied to my face and told the AT&T corporate rep that we never had that conversation. I guess it was his word vs mine, but I would hope he would be a bit more professional in the future and will take care of things when we are in the store next time. AT&T ultimately took care of me and kept their word, but I will not go to this location anymore.

They’ve turned things around at Spring Mobile, and I had a great experience with them over the course of a week in March of 2013. Like many people, I wanted to get on the preorder list for the new BlackBerry Z10 and that was easy to do at Spring Mobile. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to sign up for another AT&T contract so I couldn’t take advantage of the good price on the new phone, so they worked with me to figure out options. I spent quite a while with them going over how I would get my new phone. I could pay to get out of my contract and sign another. Or I could add another line and start a new contract. Or I could buy the phone at the full price and let my contract expire. I would think that AT&T would want me under contract so I wouldn’t be able to switch to another carrier, but they didn’t make it cost effective. I ended up buying the phone and paying full price. Spring Mobile was there every step of the way to make sure I was happy with my choice. There was no pressure from them to make any of the choices, which was nice. They even called me one day to make sure I was in the loop, and when the phone came to the U.S. on the 22nd I was there at Spring Mobile to buy it. It was easy! They even gave me a really good deal on a case. I’ll be back at Spring Mobile when it’s time for my next phone, I’m sure, and I’ll recommend them again.
