Went for the first time yesterday and we were impressed! My go to Phở place is closed on Tuesdays and the four of us were wanting phở so checked Unilocal and found Phở Saigon. We decided to try it out and take the half hour drive. Greeted at door, middle of day so not many people(maybe 4 other tables). Served quickly. Starters: Had the fried rice with chicken… it looked pretty plain, but was surprisingly very flavorful and a whole chicken breast grilled and sliced over the top. Tasty and nice presentation! Also tried fried shrimp, dumplings, crab rangoons(these were nothing special), and some other stuff I forget that was all very good. Then our phở came(we tried rare steak with flank, #5) and the brisket. The broth was wonderful and I checkrf to make sure no MSG as I have an allergy. She told me no, they make their broth with beef and bones only. And even this morning, no after affect! She was truthful! Thanks! My son got their salty lemonade drink(sounded good) and she said you either like it or not. It was a bit thick when it arrived. She went and got a bigger styro cup and mixed with more soda water and it is actually pretty good! Maybe a bit more fresh lemon for the citrus would perfect that drink. Our server was so kind and attentive! Sorry I didn’t get her name, but because of her service, the great food, no MSG — we will be back! The cost is really reasonable too. Because we got lots of drinks(they had my favorite mocha Boba!) and appetizers, etc it was $ 20 per person but we had left overs and snacked on them last night! You could go in and eat for just $ 10 with a small phở and drink and be filled. Hope to see you again soon!

As I saw in another review, I tried this restaurant on a Sunday due to my go to phở spot being closed. Saw the high star rating and that you could order directly from the Unilocal app so it was very convenient and won me over. As far as the food goes I was very satisfied and it took care of my craving. Unfortunately there just wasn’t enough noodles in my combination noodle bowl like I like. I would say it was 50% noodle and 50% lettuce for my base with very little cucumber. Other than that the flavors were right on. The order all together took about 18 minutes for a combination noodle bowl and combination rice plate, so not bad at all! I definitely would come back if I found myself craving phở on a Sunday again.

Their phở is amazing, portions generous and price low. The ginger fish is also killer if you’re feeling adventurous.

I was in the area and thought I would give phở Saigon a chance. My friend and I shared a large wrap meal(where you build your own spring rolls) complete with chicken, beef, shrimp, veggies and a few eggrolls. The eggrolls are by far the best of the options, while the others were decent. Th portion size is generous(enough for 2 people to eat there and still take home and have a whole other meal). The Vietnamese iced coffee is super strong and very good. Service is also quite friendly. It was a nice Vietnamese option in the Westminster area and definitely worth a try! If there, get the Vietnamese iced coffee and eggrolls for sure.

Hands down the best phở in the area. Don’t bother with the rest. Come here. I’ve lived on both coasts, and this phở is equivalent to the better places there, while the rest I’ve had in the Broomfield/Denver area is lacking. The people who own/operate it area also really friendly, so this place gets my highest recommendation.

I ordered delivery. I asked for sides of hot mustard and for my dish to be extra, extra spicy. I wrote this in every«special instruction» box there was. I tipped over 20% in good faith. My dish was the opposite of what I asked for. It was not spicy at all, and there was no hot mustard. There wasn’t even a fortune cookie. It is just a matter of not caring what your customer is asking for and collecting their money anyway. No call, but here’s your food and here’s the finger to your request. I do not believe in going on and trashing businesses, but I was dissapointed and will not order from this place again. My request was not difficult. The chicken spring rolls were good.

I can’t believe this place has been right down the street from me for so long and I hadn’t ever been there! My husband is more of the Phở fan and I’ve never really died over it, however we wanted it on this snowy day so I found this place on Unilocal and decided to give it a try! We picked it up and the food was still freshly hot when we got it home! Not to mention the best Phở I’ve had! Now I’m obsessed! Their broth is amazing and veggies are fresh! We got the orange chicken for our son because he isn’t a fan of Phở and it was Sooo good too! My 3 year old actually got the kids phở and really liked it! She kept telling me «mommy this soup is reaalllyyy good»! The shrimp/avocada spring rolls with the peanut sauce were to die for! We will definitely be back! So nice that it’s down the street!

My husband and I love coming here! The phở is delicious and the spring rolls with peanut sauce are so good! The staff is super nice and really attentive even if you’re the only ones there. Definitely our go to phở place.

We love phở, a lot! Our usual phở restaurant is closed on Sunday’s, so when the cravings for phở wouldn’t go away this Sunday rainy evening, we went to Unilocal to find a new joint. We chose Phở Saigon because it received such high ratings and was close to our house. We were greeted immediately and sat right away by a smiling server. Then water was placed on the table and our waiter was there to take our order. He was friendly, fast, and checked in several times to make sure everything was delicious and what we asked for. This is above and beyond the average service we receive at phở restaurants, and it was appreciated. Our Phở was delicious, as were the summer rolls we shared as an appetizer. This is a pretty close second to our favorite phở place, we will definitely be back, and they still get 5 stars from me for being delicious and above and beyond the customer service expectation.

This is a proudly owned local family business. I’ve tried all the phở in this area and this is hands down the best. It’s homemade, you can taste all the flavor in every slurp. The basil and bean sprout toppings are always crisp and fresh. The prices are more than fair! Must try!

I love you guys! This is my go to Phở place in an area with a LOT of competition. I’ve been going here for 4ish years… time for some love. Never a bad experience but more importantly, never a bad bowl of phở. They even changed management with out any issue in quality of food or care. Only had phở and boba… but what else you need. Thanks guy for always coming thru on my phở addiction.

Even though their Bun is not as good as Saigon Basil(no one’s is; it’s not even fair to compare, Saigon Basil has unbeatable vermicelli(rice noodle) bowls), I have to give them 5 stars. Their Phở is at the top of my list! So fresh and all the right flavors, piping hot, served fast with friendly staff… The prices are so low here! A new fave. Plus — their Bun is still good. Definitely better than Golden Bowl, which was my previous fallback for Bun when I didn’t feel like leaving Broomfield to make the trip to Saigon Basil.

This is right across the street from where I work, so I have been going here pretty frequently. The quality of their food is always perfect! The employees are always kind and show genuine care for their business. Even when I am not working, I will always come to Phở Saigon before the multiple phở restaurants near my apartment.

I am so excited about the amount of meat that was in my Phở bowl. In my eyes the key to a good phở is 1. Broth 2. Amount of meat 3. They better not hand me a fork! This is a top notch phở. Enjoy if you can.

I have been to several Phở restaurants in Arizona, New York, Illinois, and over 40 of the restaurants here in Colorado, and I would say without a heartbeat’s hesitation that this is the best phở restaurant in my experience. I always thought that in order for a person to have good Phở, you must have terrible service in exchange for the good taste. Or good service in exchange for bad phở. However, this establishment has completely flipped my world upside down in the world of phở. This establishment combines great taste with great service; and when those two things are both present, that creates the best food. Food is not only tasted by the tongue, it is smelled by the nose and seen with the eyes, and finally, felt with the heart. Feeling food with the heart is done so by the manner in which the food is presented to you by the server and there cannot be so much heart that comes with the food at Phở Saigon. If I were to meet a dear friend who has not yet experienced the joy that Phở Sagion’s phở brings, I would choose only to eat here. Please spread the word about this wonderful place.

Wow and wow… I have been going to phở restaurants for a while now, and I feel that most of them have become greedy. Whether it’s skimping on the noodles or the meat, and all raising their prices. This Phở Saigon, however, is a little gem I found up north. My friend recommended it to me. It’s a nice little family-ran restaurant. Their prices for phở is: Small-$ 6.95 Medium $ 7.95 Large-$ 8.95. Those prices are great, considering the fact all the ones downtown or south are either $ 1-$ 3 more. They don’t rip you off on ingredients either, the broth came out steamy hot, and it was loaded with meats. The broth was very flavorful, it helped with my sickness in my throat I’ve been trying to fight. The server was very nice and considerate, water was filled up at all times. I ordered the Phở Dac Biet(tendon, tripe, flank, brisket, the works), this is not for the beginners. My friend who was a Phở Virgin, loved it! This was my first time, but it won’t be my last!

Slightly slow delivery — so why am I giving them five stars? Good things come to those who wait. The Phở is amazing.

Yesterday, I had lunch with my youngest at a local Vietnamese restaurant named Phó Saigon. It was fabulous. The service was excellent, as was the food. We both had the No. 10, which is made with rare stake. The first thing I noticed was the broth. While broth at other places tends to be a bit bland, this was not. It had a wonderful, rich flavor, that I found pleasant, even before adding the fresh basil, and other garnishes provided at our table. When I ordered my phó, I had also requested a traditional Vietnamese coffee. I’ll write more about that later, but suffice it to say that I enjoyed it completely. If you’re in the neighborhood, stop into Phó Saigon. You wont be disappointed

Well I was very pleased. My only complaint is the lack of tofu in the entrees. Mine only came with exactly 4 pieces of tofu and my boyfriend’s meal I assume was the same, though his pieces were buried in veggies so I couldn’t check for sure. We ordered delivery. Est. time from the email confirmation within the Unilocal app was 45 – 60 minutes. It arrived after 30 minutes, so that was good. Total for two entrees after tax & tip was around $ 18. I got the veggie and tofu phở with organic veg broth — great! It was tasteful, everything came separated so I could put it all together how I wanted, perfect. Came with plenty of rice noodles, but they could definitely increase how much of the veggies/tofu they include. My boyfriend got the fried tofu with vegetables and steamed rice. He said it was delicious! But again, could use more tofu. We thought the portions were small, his didn’t fill him up. But overall: +Delivery time was faster than expected +Delivery man was very friendly +Flavor was top notch, everything tasted great +Quality was good, veggies seemed fresh –Portions could be bigger Will likely order from here again for my next phở craving.

As I acclimate myself to the area, I’ve been trying to hit two or three new spots per week that are«locally owned» and not chain restaurants. I happened across this restaurant based on the high marks it received from other Unilocal users. The woman who was in charge greeted me immediately and seated me promptly. I ordered the combo plate, which I believe was item 7C on the menu. The food was rather average – while the meats had a nice«charred» effect to it, there was very little in the way of seasoning. Additionally, all of the meats were in a «sliced» form – far different from other places that serve it shredded, sliced, and a whole chop. I don’t care for the egg that usually comes with plates such as this – but I’m sure many do. This plate was without. It did come with two egg rolls that seemed to be slightly underfried. The fish sauce had a slight zip to it that complimented it nicely. Most disappointing was the selection of vegetables – lettuce leaves, two pieces of cucumber, and two pieces of tomato. There was no pickled carrots or daikon… something I look forward to when eating Vietnamese. It seems the phở is a big hit here so perhaps I need to make a return visit and check out the soup options, but there’s better places nearby.
