THIEVES!!! Be sure to take anything you value out of your vehicle when bringing your car here. Had an item stolen out of my car today but can’t prove who did it so the police would not investigate.

Sunday Father’s Day took my truck in to have it washed. I watched it go through the car wash they pulled it out. I watched the tenants for 15 minutes walking around wiping it down. I’m thinking well they’re doing a good job and I’m going to give him a better tip. I’m also thinking that the wave car wash do a great job. Big mistake I got it home started noticing things where it wasn’t even wipe down, windshield looks smeared, finger marks of armor all on the rider side, tires are armour allied only on one side, dashboard wasn’t even wipe down, smeared panels inside not wipe down, no new car fragrance. I Felt like I got ripped off. My bad the moral of the story is check your vehicle before leaving.

Oscar was the quality control guy on my truck. He really hustled and did a great job. He was training a couple of young people and had them go over different places 3 times. The owners are very involved in the community. Support this place!

I went on ⁶⁄₂ to have my car washed and did not have a good experience. My battery was dead upon getting into my car. And then I got home to find many dirty spots in and out. I found many dirty spots several months ago as well. I will not be going back. I have tried e-​mailing them as well as messaging them via Facebook and have yet to get a response, so it is obvious to me they do not care about customer problems.

The wave is hit or miss on what service you will get and the quality the finished outcome is. You are going to get what you pay for or you need to point out what was missed to get what you pay for.

Sorry to say this place has really gone downhill. Paid for the best detail and they skipped wiping down anything inside except the obvious radio and control panel. Only vacuumed the obvious areas too. Too bad, I used to like this place but will not go back again. I came home and did my own detail.

We’ve been going to The Wave for years, the people that work here restore our cars to looking new and are always courteous.

Great wash job at a decent price. They did a good job of washing my car and providing great service. They even laid down a red rag for me to wipe my feet on before I got in my clean car. They have a $ 10 membership deal that gives you $ 5 off your first purchase, and $ 11.99 credit for every $ 100 you spend. Not bad. They even gave me a towel to dry any drips I noticed after I left — and I can bring back the dirty towel and they’ll give me a new clean towel. Nice touch. I’d drive the extra distance to have my car washed here regularly.

Got my car washed here today. They seemed to have a lot more options online than they did at the actual location. In any case, I purchased the most expensive wash. They were busy but it didn’t take crazy long. The wash was certainly subpar and the interior cleaning was laughable. There are areas they didn’t even touch and the rims look untouched in a lot of places. Kind of disappointing considering the wash I purchased.

Pretty much a complete bush league car wash. They are nice enough but they couldn’t have been lazier for the interior cleaning. For $ 30 they wouldn’t even clean the floor mats.
I won’t be back.

Got my car washed here this weekend. It was late on Sunday night about an hour before they were closing. The team definitely didn’t do a good job. I get that it was late but I expected my car to be vacuumed out far better than it was. Even worse, they didn’t even clean out the cup holder. Pretty amateur car wash.
This bad wash could have been directly related lack of light for employees to actually see and clean the inside and outside of the car.
Anyhow, this chic was not impressed.

I’ve been to many car washes and this is the slooooowwwweeessstttt process I’ve ever seen. They really need a new way of doing things. Yes my car is clean, but I saw the same guy wipe the same window 3 times!!! Then 3 other people came in to do the same things over. Don’t come here unless you have a good book to read.

I have been a customer at the wave for quite some time. They offer a good service and most of the time they do a good job. It really depends on who is working that day.

Went to the Wave on Saturday afternoon. I asked for the Bronze wash. The service is super slow every time I go there. This time I was there about 45 minutes. The wash I paid for was $ 16. For the quality I received it should have been $ 5. Streaks were left all over my car and back window. It was really poor quality. I wish there were better car washes around NW Westminster. I will not be returning here again.

I don’t mind paying for a car wash, however I expect a quality job to be done. I was there this morning around 845 thinking if I was early the employees would not rush their work and try to turn the vehicle fast. If you pay for a service I expect it to be done right.
The first time they washed my car today they forgot to do the underbody flush, so the manager outside said he would run it through the wash again. I was impressed that he would do that. I was happy that what I thought was a re-​do my vehicle would be that much better.
I paid for the gold service, thinking the extra things I paid for would be done. I have a midsized suv, Jeep Grand Cherokee and paid the extra cost for the time but failed at their work. A customer expects a good or even a great job to be done. The employees are rushing to much to do their job right the first time.
Came home after the car being washed twice today and looked over the car and still disappointed. They missed wiping the door jams and missed vacuuming the back trunk area and the back seat area. Of course the drivers area was perfect, but everywhere else looked like they did not even touch it. I decided to take the car back this morning one more time to have it done right.
After the car was washed three times today, they still missed the underbody and obvious area of water marks and dirt. I ended up wiping my car down when I got home and spent thirty minutes cleaning areas they missed.
I will never go back to this car washing location, and I urge all readers not to go. Spend your time doing it yourself. This way you save money and time. Thank you.

Don’t go when you have to be somewhere in 30 minutes… I was in line for 10 minutes and didn’t even talk to anyone and had to leave because the line didn’t move at all.
They were definitely the slowest full service wash I’ve been to.

Even on a completely gloomy rainy day they were still open. They were understaffed with only three guys but they still rocked it. I just needed the inside cleaned up because I have 3 children ages 3, 2, and 1 so needless to say the inside of my car is a bit of a train wreck. They are managed to get every crumb out and the left me with a beautiful clean car. Plus for $ 12.99 you can’t beat that.

$ 25-​$ 35 for a car wash. The worst part is, the last few times I have gone to this car wash, my vehicle has left the lot dirty still. It is NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that YOUR EMPLOYEES are doing a quality job! This time when I went, one of the managers stated that he did not have time to give a 1 hour car wash. If it takes 1 hour to clean my vehicle properly, then I expect it to be done. Charge me more if you wish. But don’t tell me you don’t have time to do a quality job. For the record, it would have taken another 5 minutes to touch up the problem. I have one thing left to say:
If you do not have time to completely clean my vehicle when I’m paying this much, I do not have time to bother with you. There is a very good possibility I will not return to The Wave.
7-​5-​2015:
I returned to The Wave car wash. Upon speaking to the employee at the cash register about my previous experience, she was shocked. At which point she gave me this car wash for free. She guaranteed me that my vehicle would be completely washed this time. I am hoping that my previous experience was a one time mistake. She also apologized for the problem. I am very satisfied with the way this problem was handled, and I plan on returning to this business.

I have been bringing my cars here for a long time. They do a great job. Sometimes they may miss a spot or God forbid forget your air freshener but they will always fix it with a smile. I have also used their detail shop and oil change service. The work is aways great.
They also have a discount card that is a great deal. As well as the Unilocal check in that gives you $ 5 off a gold wash. Not a bad deal.
