We age our dough, bring it to the proper temperature and hand toss it to create the perfect bake. We join together the ingredients and the art of baking our 900 degree coal fire oven to create the most delicious flavors on a thin crust that we char to perfection for your enjoyment. Our custom made oven is one of the most expensive pizza ovens in the world. It requires a 2 hour pre-​lighting process and hourly monitoring in order to provide you with the best pizza imaginable.

History

Established in 2014.

Owner and founder, Vincenzo Barone created Bricco because he wanted to change people’s perception of pizza. «Pizza is a lost art, it is not cheese and sauce. There is passion and a skillful process that goes into a Bricco pizza.»

Vincenzo also opened Villa Barone in Collingswood, NJ with his father in 1994, and Barone’s Tuscan Grill in Moorestown, NJ in 2003.
