No surprise to see 1 star rating for this location. I ordered an anniversary arrangement for my wife to be delivered at her school, where she works. Their submission form has a field to select residence, business, or school. I selected school with the applicable information. The delivery came after 4 PM, after all staff and students already go home. This obviously defeats the purpose of having it delivered to her place of work. Upon calling and speaking with a manager, they were unwilling to offer a refund for this delivery. Their claim is that they did not have information on the location being a school. So I will not be dealing with this company again.

Should not be relied on for teledelivery
A so-​called «large“arrangement we sent for a funeral was reported to be pathetically small. Items considered to be cupcakes turned out to be pieces of fruit even though we had enquired about them beforehand. A big waste of money!
