Greetings! It has been my heart’s calling to establish a wellness community whose core values are founded in empowered holistic health and positive authentic relationships. Our center is a peaceful space where you may take a pause from the everyday pace of life, re-​center and rejuvenate your whole being. We offer a vast array of services with a group of highly skilled practitioners to suit your holistic needs.

As a Therapeutic Massage and Cranio-​Sacral Therapist, I am best known for my quality of touch, my calming presence, and the attentiveness I bring in addressing specific pain patterns. Integrating Advanced Neuromuscular Technique and Deep Tissue Massage, I provide very focused and detailed bodywork. I am able to integrate Cranio-​Sacral Therapy to further unwind deep-​seated holding patterns in the body.
