Everyone on the staff was very pleasant and respectful which was very nice considering how ill most of the patients are. The only issue I had when I took my mom there was the waiting time. Her appointment was at 11am and we didn’t get out of the facility until 3:35pm, which didn’t help her condition at all. They need to get a better handle on their timing of appointments to better serve the patients needs.
