My daughter order a chicken nugget and fries she had a stomach poison food poison she throw up she has a bloody diarrhea and we had to go to the doctor for bloodwork and urine which confirmed that she have food poison and that’s all what she ate that day

I waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes, only two cars ahead of me. Pulled out without my food went to McDonald’s and was served in less than one minute.

Our cashier was very kind but the manager was extremely rude when asked about the availability of an item advertised in the store window. She replied that the they sold out of the Halloween whopper in a day so she will not be ordering any more buns for the Halloween whopper and that «it’s just a bun». We were not offered the Halloween A1 sauce on a regular whopper so that we could have something similar in taste to what we went there for.
Food was below average even for a burger king. The sandwiches were smashed and the toppings were skimpy. For some reason the Pumpkin Spice shake tasted like a yankee candle, but that might be what they taste like at every BurgerKing.
Never going here again.

While at my short visit at bk I witnessed several prime examples of horrible customer service. One woman wearing a head set who was closest to the register threw her head set off and said «I’m not doing this shit» and walked off. The girl on the fry station took over drive thru and a girl name Hannah took my order. The girl who threw her head set later wondered back into the restaurant went behind the counter and infront of a manager threw a bag in the air and stormed off again. When my food was ready I commented on the employees actions, nothing was said back to me. As I rushed to eat to get out of the negative environment we listen to the head set girl say several times she wasn’t on break but was about to make it her break, how bad she wanted to be out. Also the singing of its hot in here let’s take off our clothes was probably inappropriate with the 6 kids that were present.

Honestly the food at this Burger King is not the problem, it always comes out as normal fast food.
I’ve waited more than an hour for a simple cheeseburger and fries and a milkshake before at this location. The wait time inside the building is absolutely ridiculous. The employees only worry about the people in the drive thru and forget about the customers inside. Servers have threatened to quit to me before and I was not being a bad customer. Just patiently waiting for my food!
Bottom line: Go through the drive through if you are in a hurry, because you will still be late to wherever you’re going, but you will not be as late as if you brace the bad attitudes and slow service inside.

Food is fine for a BK, it’s the same wherever you go. For some reason, this particular BK is always painfully slow. I’m not sure what the deal is, it always seems like the teens who work there are nice enough, but the manager (and it is not always the same manager) is always somewhat rude to the younger employees, and not particularly polite to the customers either. I’m guessing that has something to do with why they are not motivated. It’s been that way for a while. Last time I was there, there was what seemed like a newer employee running the register, getting the meals ready, making sundaes, empying the trash, and sweeping up, while the manager hovered over her and rode her constantly (while not helping).
Whatever you do, don’t go through the drive through, it’s quicker to go inside and order to go.

OK, I spend way too much time at fast food joints, but I blame my kids for that. BK is usually not high on our list of stops, but today, my five year old was in the mood.
Staff was pleasant, my order taker was easy to understand, but the line at the drive thru was painfully slow.
On the plus side was the fact that you could taste the fact that it was flame grilled. Yummy
