I had a great experience with these guys. I called. They had me hooked up in less than 30 minutes. The tow driver Jason was professional and personable. The cost was about what I expected.

Aweful experience. My car was towed to Don’s Body Shop after it was rear ended and on US 23. They must have some «in» with the Whitemore Lake PD as WLPD had my car towed to Don’s with no input from me. Greg at Don’s was unprofessional and an arrogant person during this unnerving experience of my accident. Don’s was not upfront with the costs of their storage charges for my vehicle and not very helpful with me in understanding their process of scrapping my «totaled» vehicle (their deeming of it being totaled by the way, wish I would have pursued a second opinion). I will never go here or do business with Don’s Body Shop again. I do not recommend.
