Last year I had my house tented for termites. Being a new home owner of an old house I wasn’t sure who to call when I saw little buggies, then I found ABBA. My friend and I were obsessed with the name because we are Momma Mia fans lol! So I tried them out and I’m so happy I did. They were in and out super quick and I haven’t had bugs since!
I liked them so much I even told my family about them for their roach problems. They are very attentive to their customers and work around the clock, just in case someone is in need of their services.
They’re also very informative of the types of bugs that they are helping you get rid of, which is super impressive.

We had a bee colony on the property. We called and Abba and they told us that would remove the colony humanly. When they arrived he asked where the colony was and he already had the poison ready to go before even knowing where it was. There was no attempt at all to save the Honey bees. After I noticed he had killed the whole colony I asked him why he did that. He said due to its location there was no way to do remove the colony humanly. This was a lie because he had the poison and walked out to the location before even knowing where it was. False advertisement. Call a real beekeeper they will come and remove the bees for free!

I called to get rid of a wasp infestation in my residence. I was referred to the company through a government referral program (dept. of agriculture). The initial representative who took the call was pleasant and she told me that she would have a field rep contact me.
My issues:
1) I couldn’t make it to my residence in time therefore I had my father meet the rep and when my father tried to point out where the wasps were coming from, the field rep ignored my father’s suggestions. He stated that it was a bird nest which may be true, however that is where the wasps were flying around and he did not take care of the issue. My father felt that due to his poor English skills, the field rep was ignoring my father’s suggestions.
2) We still have wasps flying around.
3) I called back and the telephone rep told me that she would have the same field rep call me «right back» but of course he didn’t.
All around TERRIBLE client experience and TERRIBLE results. Never use this company for your pest control needs. Waste of $ 175 dollars.

Really nice people, but terrible results. We had ants and after the first treatment didn’t work they were nice about coming out a second time. But when that didn’t work, they said they would come out again, but never contacted us. Called Orkin, paid the higher price, and the ants were gone immediately!

I used this company to treat my home prior to moving in and was pleased with the service and communication.

I moved in to a new apartment and for months everything was fine until I found bedbugs. My rental agency had called Abba themselves to treat the problem and get rid of them. My roommate and I had to dry all of our clothes and blankets and get rid of our old couch and buy a brand new one. It has been 6 months and they have treated our apartment SEVERAL times and the problem has not gone away. They are very unprofessional, do not return phone calls, and i have paid for treatments i can’t really afford and to this day I am still having a problem. I would NOT recommend this company if you want your pest problem gone

I used them for a rat problem at an apartment complex and their service is HORRIBLE. They may be cheaper in price but they don’t give you very much of anything. I tried calling back to see if they could put more traps because they only put 2 (and i think the agreement was to put as needed) and it was obvious the complex needed more than 2 and what do you know? NOBODY CALLED BACK.
Dont use them!
