I don’t know why this is reviewed so poorly. Joshua was very helpful and the order was great. The fries were fresh and the food was excellent!

Bad customer service, first I tried buying a gift card to get a free burger. Bought the $ 20 gift card and was told they don’t do that, showed them the sign on the register to have the store manager grab it and ask the other workers: «who put this here? Throw it away!» The manager behind the counter works her magic and gets me the free burger with my gift card purchase. She tells me the order number. «Your order number is_​_​_​» My husband orders more items, as we wait for our food, they seem to be confused of the number of items we ordered. The store employee gives us our food, and walks away, as we’re waiting for the other items we ordered, the manager comes out and asks us what we got in our bags, she literally goes through our bags without asking us when she notices that we’re missing items, she takes our bags to the back to put in the rest of our food items, eww. Fast forward 3 days later, we go to another Carl’s to use the gift card to find out there is only 4 cents on the card! Wth?! I paid $ 25.05 for an order of chicken strips and a $ 20 gift card with only 4¢ on it. Now what? I guess we’re out $ 20.

This place is a dump.
They don’t have the any dipping sauce
The bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned
In awhile.
And to top it off! Their air conditioning doesn’t work,
Which is causing the employees to sweat all over the place. Which looks gross. Its hotter in inside then outside.
I don’t think it’s their fault
More like bad management.
