What a joke wrong burgers given to us extra onions added when none were asked we got some tiny as burgers when we ordered the 6 dollar burgers we so wish del taco was open like we wanted instead of settling for this joke !

The night staff, particularly Joshua, is awesome. I work late and sometimes get food as late as 2am and after a long day, it’s great interacting with people who are kind and respectful. It takes a lot to work the graveyard shift and they go the extra mile by being courteous.

This Carl’s Jr. Is horrible!!! The girl who was working in the drive thru a few days ago after 7PM should be fired because she was very unprofessional while she took my order… She kept asking after every pause if that’s all I wanted, and she kept sighing and rushing me while I was still adding onto my order… I’m not sure this is because of the other cars ahead of me but she definitely needs to be removed from this establishment! She’s working in a place where customer service is everything! & she’s giving this company a bad name!
The other complaints that everyone seems to be getting I also have to complain about, the fries are almost always cold! There’s only been a few times where I received all my food hot as if it was freshly made. I can’t count how many nights I’ve thrown away almost a few large container of fries because they were too cold to even be edible, I live a little less than ten minutes away from here so if I can drive 20 mins away and get home with fresh food (still hot) from other fast food joints than I know this one which is shorter distance should be the same…
Time to find another fast food joint to eat…

I went in on ¹¹⁄₄ around noon. I ordered a burger and fries. My burger came out cold, dry, my bun was smashed and had a chunk missing from the top and my large fries were cold and half full. I brought it to the attention of the Hispanic Woman Supervisor. She argued with me. She told me the burger was just cooked and made and that is how it was suppose to be. I told her fine let me order something else then. I ordered, paid (again) and asked her for the refund on my original meal. She proceeded to tell me that she already gave me my money back, plus I already ate half of my fries (which came to me half full, I didn’t eat them). She also told me I shouldn’t talk to her like that. She continued to argue with me. I told her fine give me all of my money back I’ll go elsewhere. She was extremely rude, argumentative and I haven’t had customer service this bad at a fast food establishment EVER. I managed three Mcdonald’s stores in Manchester England. If any of my employees treated a customer the way she treated me and others according to Unilocal,she would have been fired.

Where do I begin? If there was a 10^th star I would give it to them.
The sweetest man (I believe his name is Joshua) helped me with my order today. I couldn’t have been anymore satisfied with the service. He really knows how to treat his customers.
I went in with my 6 year old Daughter And I ordered her chicken stars and a large fries (man can that little girl eat) as she was shoving food down her throat she started choking on a star and man was I freaking out! Coughing, turning red and trying to gasp for air I was standing there like a statue.
Suddenly Joshua leaps over from the register and saves the day. He was the hero that day and if it wasn’t for him idk where my little chicken star would be.
I will be coming back! Thank you

Only ordered 2drinks and a cookie and they only managed to get 1drink right… how hard is it to tell the difference between hi-​c fruit punch and ice tea?! When we asked it to b fixed the chubby latina manager gave us that look like we were irritating her and she got mad at the worker and we couldnt even get a straw before she shut the window on us… RUDE!!!

Horrible.
1. The older latina lady that looked like a manager or supervisor was really really rude.
2. Very dismissive. She just told me my total, I gave her my card, she gave it back, handed my drink to me, swung the bag of food at me and slammed the window shut. Didn’t get a hello or a thank you and I didn’t get to ask for Ranch.
3. Got to work and saw my large fries were half empty. I had ordered my burger with only tomatoes and pickles and all it had only onions. And not 1 packet of ketchup.
4. Feel like I was cheated out of my money. Not coming back.

Food is good, but this location takes wayyyy too long for anything. Average wait for my food is usually 15mins. Come on. Fast food?

Night shift is way better. The last two times I have come here during the day haven’t been the best. Last time my burger looked like they beat the entire thing before they gave it to me and today the bread feels days old. Like someone else reviewed before me, the entire burger is mangled and almost always burnt to a crisp. Even the bun has scorch marks. Don’t come here for a good burger.
Also the manager isn’t the most professional and is really rude. I don’t think I’ll be coming back for awhile.

This is a fast food restaurant so I don’t quite understand any review that is 1 star unless it was atrocious. Every time I have eaten here the staff have been very pleasant and the food was Carls Jr food.
I come here for the value menu/​coupons and it is what I expect with nice courteous staff.

Came here to eat and their a/​c was broken and there were ants along the wall we were sitting. Soo gross. We moved but were still hot as can be. They also take a really long time to bring your food. I won’t be eating inside again.
