One thing I feel can really make or break a visit is whether or not their office has it together. I specifically called to schedule an appointment with their orthodontist, as I already have a dentist whom I am very happy with. Not only did they call me to reschedule this appointment 3 times, when I arrived, they had me down for an appointment with the dentist, not the orthodontist — who turned out not to be there after all. Not only did they waste my time, they did not listen to what I was requesting the visit for. It is very clear to me this office is only trying to get money. Thank you for wasting my time, and also making me miss time from work, which is highly unnecessary and uncalled for. I will be seeking services elsewhere.

I’m returning to Dr. Yoon’s office after being very impressed with my first appointment. They were very thorough in the initial examination and very honest and logical in telling what I really needed, unlike my previous dentist (likely), which is the reason why I sought a second opinion –with the possibility of switching if positively impressed. Additionally, their personnel is pleasant and the service is efficient. Lastly, they have state of the art equipment which makes exams faster and more reliable but, their best asset is undoubtedly Dr. Yoon’s expertise. You’ll be in good hands.

I am so satisfied with Dr. Yoon. She did amazing work. She made me feel so relaxed while my wisdom tooth was being extracted. All was so smooth throughout the entire procedure. Dr. did everything possible so that I wouldn’t feel so much pain during the procedure. I also had a deep cleaning & all my cavities filled correctly. My teeth look so clean. That was so much work for them & I can’t express how happy I am with the results. So happy after so many years I have finally found a dentist that I trust & am happy with.

I have been coming to quad dental for a while now there prices are very reasonable the dentist is very honest the office manager Susan is very helpful and she explains your treatment plan well so you can understand what you need… if you choose them to be ur dentist you will be very pleased there office is beautiful as well
