I always get great customer service from Jose at this location! My favorite Subway by far

Subway is… You know… Subway. The one at the quad is the best one in whittier however. Clean dining area, friendly staff and open till 11 pm! Compared to the uptown location this one blows it away! Recommended

Customer service is horrible! Lady wasn’t even listening to what I wanted on my sandwich had to repeat myself 3 times!
Then I got my food and the bread was way too hard to even enjoy! I called the «manager» and all he can do is give me my money back! fml never come here again!!!

Ana our sandwich artist made our food with such passion. Very nice person and awesome hospitality. The food was great. I just wish this subway had the brewed green tea.

This subway location was my favorite one to visit, up until the beginning of last year. They are greedy with their toppings. They hardly put the amount they normally would on my sandwiches. They used to be generous in the past. I’m not sure if they are under new management, but they have become quite greedy. It is not just with one employee, but with all that have helped me in the past. I have to constantly ask them to add more of whatever topping I want. I feel like I have to beg over and over to get what I want.

Too hot to cook wanted something Cold, Fresh & Fast.
Never sure of what too get especially when there’s so many yummy breads to choose
Thank goodness the professional sandwich makers were very friendly & patient with me.
The service line was well stocked & the veggies, meats & cheeses looked fresh.

Have a new post this week at work was in the mood for my old standby, the meatball marinara.
More like a meatball sandwich with next to no marinara… the two other Subway’s I’ve been in Long Beach hook you up with the sauce, but not here. You want extra sauce, you better ask.
It worked, but would have been much better with more marinara.

Though the staff is very friendly and never had any trouble with customer service, I had to give this Subway a two star review. I usually get salads, but literally load them up. I got the same salad three separate times and all in one week. The chopped chicken salad to be exact with avocados.
First salad was really good, everything was fresh and the portion was perfect. the second seemed off, but nothing crazy stood out. The veggies, didn’t all seem to fresh especially the tomatoes; figured just got a couple of whatever slices. The third time I got this salad, forget it… got so grossed out I’m never going to any more subways. They are starting to lose their touch… the chicken was chewy and rubbery… I get it it’s Subway not a crazy sit down restaurant… But with the amount of customers they get everyday and the amount of ingredients they go through a day; you would think it would always be stocked fresh, not the case anymore.
No hard feelings to any of the workers, I hate leaving bad reviews but Subway Corp. needs to up their game.

I have to change my review due to several bad experiences here. One being that I placed an app order so my sandwich would be ready on my lunch break and the manager said our app is down and didn’t accommodate me whatsoever. So I Wrote the franchise manager and still got no response. If you go into Ralph’s across the way they have a deli now, and you can get an even better sandwich for 5 $!

Because of the way I eat, normally when I go to Subway I get the Veggie Delight. Once in a while I will get something else because of a craving. That something else quite often is a Pastrami Melt. Today was the second time in about a three or four month time period that I asked for a Pastrami Melt and they haven’t had pastrami.
WTF?
Seriously people… one occurrence is okay but twice? It was the beginning of the dinner hour on a Saturday and you once again don’t have pastrami?
I’ll just have to go to another Subway from now on. The staff was friendly enough but seriously… someone needs to get their act together when it comes to supplies.

Me and my bf love coming here we always get the same thing the foot long on honey oat with ham and provolone cheese he gets what he wants on his half I get what I want on my half and u can’t forget the bag of chips they go excellent with the subs but besides that the workers r friendly and the restaurant is always clean!

This subway is a joke. Nothing was stocked I had to wait ten minutes for a lid. There bread is not fresh it’s hard I’ve never had bread this hard at any subway. I got a footling veggie delight sandwich and the girl literally put 3 olives and 4 pieces of onion when I politely asked for more she said no and wrapped my sand which without asking if I wanted anything else. I even asked if I could just pay more and she said no. I’m getting a veggie delight sand which for Christ sake with no veggies! Plus there avocados were aweful I won’t ever come back! Subway train your staff to be courteous after all it’s the customers who give them a job!!!

My previous review was 4 stars, but I have noticed a bit of a downward trend with this location. This is the most convenient one for me to stop on my way to work, but I might have to try one of the many others nearby.
Today, I stopped here to get a sub to take to work for lunch. I was the only one in the place, and she seemed ready to take orders. I am positive that I was the 1^st one in the door.
She made my sandwich, I paid, I went to my car and put the sandwich on the seat, and drove to work. When I got to work, I picked up the sandwich and noticed a yellow stain on the seat. There was yellow mustard on the outside of the bag and it was no wall over my seat! And I had not ordered my sandwich with mustard!
How does the 1^st person in the door — and no one came in while I was there — get mustard all over the outside of the bag, when he didn’t order mustard on his sandwich?
By the time I noticed it, it was also on my shirt. I don’t frequently keep an extra shirt at work, so I get to go through the day with yellow mustard on my shirt.

I’ve been to my fair share of Subways and they’re all pretty much the same.
Clean facility, fresh produce and friendly employees.

I have been frequenting this Subway branch for a few months now, and all I can say is that it gets the job done. I don’t especially enjoy the inside environment so I usually take my sandwich outside to eat. The staff is pretty friendly and the facility seems to be pretty clean. Also, a 6 inch oven roasted chicken breast on 9 grain honey oat bread is a pretty healthy lunch. Will definitely continue to visit here.

I’ve been to this location many times over the past 3 years, since I was going to school at the college just down the street.
I’ve never had a problem with my food from this store.

This is my first time eating here. The girl who made my sub for lunch earlier today made it messy compared to other Subway locations that I have eaten in, but it was good. There are no public restrooms here. There is a good amount of seating inside and a few seats outside at this location.

I come here all the time only because it’s the only «healthy» food option near my work. BUT, i definitely wouldn’t come here if i had other options.
the service is pretty fast but it’s mostly because the people that work there make the sandwiches WAYYYY too quickly by throwing everything in there. the sandwiches are super sloppy. customer service is either a hit or miss. sometimes the people there are friendly but there have been many days where i’m barely acknowledged and/​or given attitude.
