great, easy, efficient service!
Called Ligia about two weeks prior before a trip to New Zealand for my sister, just wanted some info and she ended up helping the whole way with the process. from arranging flights and itinerary with other family members flight to match and helped with seating arrangements and with passport info. Anytime I called she picked up and was very efficient with keeping me updated with everything and friendly with any questions I had. First time flying international so wanted to make sure had all the Info i need and she made sure of that. From bagging weights, to passport info. Never had to go in, handled everything thru email and worked out perfectly with tickets and payment.
