Gary and staff from the traveling traveler are amazing! Gary helped us plan a 7 day trip to St. Thomas in the USVI. We had such an amazing trip. Gary was extremely knowledgeable and he set us up with the best hotel. The hotel was amazing and had a beautiful beach directly behind it. He also recommended some fun places to visit and some awesome excersions! He nailed every recommendation. I can honestly say this has been the best trip I’ve ever taken. My friends and I had a wonderful time! Keep it up traveling traveler !

Pam handled our entire booking for flight, transportation and hotel to Puerto Vallarta and everything was on point.
Every detail was covered from the beginning and Pam had multiple suggestions based off our requests.

Gary and team were recommended to me by a trusted co-​worker and working with him was our first best decision on planning a GREAT vacation. Having never been to Hawaii, my husband and I let Gary know the types of things we were interested in; he helped us put together a wonderful trip, 4 nights on Maui and 4 nights on Kauai. All of the small details were taken care of and all we had to do was be at the assigned place at the right time. We stayed at the Westin in Maui (Spectacular) and the Marriott in Kauai (Unbelievable views) and were just thrilled with the properties. I would recommend The Traveling Traveler to anyone looking for a trustworthy travel agent. Note that we never even visited their location; everything was handled online, by phone and mail, but I feel like we spent hours together!

Sharon Gall booked our entire trip for our honeymoon in Italy and Greece and it was spectacular! 17 days of amazing sights and amazing food. We had the best day trips as well (bike ridding through Tuscany and the catamaran tour in Santorini were my favorites). The hotels were great for the most part with the Santa Caterina in Amalfi and the Kirini Suites in Santorini being absolute standouts. She works around your price point and the amount of days you have available and creates a truly magical experience. My husband and I almost never felt rushed to get to our next destination (we stayed in most places an average of 2 nights) and had plenty of time for sightseeing which was very important to me. We will definitely use her again for future vacations… thank you Sharon! I’ve got the travel bug now!

Sandra helped a friend and I book our first trip to Spain. She did such an AMAZING job. First off, I want to say that I have always been skeptical of looking into a travel agent because I was afraid it would cost more but I’m glad I did because she saved us so much money. We had 1 international flight and 2 flights within spain to fly in between cities instead of taking trains. We stayed in Madrid, Barcelona, and Ibiza. She booked us hotels in the major/​popular areas. Everything was walking distance, and we were able to visit every site that we wanted to visit. She saved us soo much cab fare, and food cost since 2 of the hotels included breakfast and dinner. She saved my friend and I a headache by booking everything for us.
I will definitely recommend my friends to talk with sandra, and I am currently looking doing my next trip with her.

My Co worker and I were planning a trip to Spain to end our Summer. My boss recommended Sandra Gastinell to help with the planning. Sure enough, Sandra went above and beyond to find us a vacation package that fit our budget and what we wanted to do. Such a charismatic and friendly lady who is willing to work with her customers’ needs. The Hotel selection was impeccable, and the location of the hotels could not have been better. In Barcelona we stayed in Las Ramblas and in Madrid in Puerta del Sol. Our Hotels were within walking distance of every site we wanted to visit. My travel experience was exciting and more than what I expected.
We are now thinking of next year’s trip. We are definitely calling Sandra for help again.

I had the pleasure of working with Sharon Gall. She helped, well planned, the entire wonderful trip to Ireland for me! She did everything for me and whenever I had questions or needed something changed, she was on top of it immediately. Flights, hotels, tours, rides, etc., everything was perfect! Plus extra tips on special secret places to go. There’s no way I could have done and planned my amazing trip without her! Thank you again so much Sharon! A friend recommended Sharon Gall to help me plan my honeymoon and she was amazing! She found us an excellent hotel in Maui, booked our rental car, booked a luau for us, and sent us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to our room as soon as we arrived. Working with Sharon took a big weight off my shoulders, as I was trying to plan my wedding. She saved me so much time on doing research and trying to plan a great trip. I am very happy with everything she provided us and we plan to book another trip with her help for next July :)

Sandra helped us plan our honeymoon. As soon as I spoke to her on the phone, I felt that sense of authentic service and my initial instinct was correct. People like her are hard to come by these days.
Sandra knew time was of the essence, and most important, after our wedding, we were on a strict budget, so we kept changing our minds and not once did she show any signs of frustration. After everything was said and done, while on our honeymoon, she helped plan an amazing beachfront dinner (long story).
At first I was skeptical using an agency for something I could do on my own, as I’m a traditional Travelocity guy, but there are so many extra bonuses when using a travel agency — I would not had known about them unless she offered. I definitely recommend using a travel service, and if you consider these folks at the Traveling Traveler, ask for Sandra. You won’t be disappointed.

Once again, a fantastic vacation planned for us by Gary at Traveling Traveler. Our trip to Oahu and Big Hawaii last year were wonderful, and our trip to Puerto Vallarta this summer was just as fun. All reservations are handled professionally and I have no doubt when arriving at my destination that everything will go very smoothly. Stress free vacation which is what it’s really all about! We based our 20^th anniversary vacation on Gary’s recommendations and he did not steer us wrong. We ended up in Huatulco, Mexico even though we’d never even heard of it before this vacation. The location was fantastic, as was the resort Gary booked for us. He took the time to understand our personalities, what we like and what we were looking for in a destination. Absolutely hit the nail on the head. Kudos.

I contacted Sharon Gall with The Traveling Traveler, and she helped me with my trip to Italy. She made recommendations, and secured hotel accommodations in both Venice and Rome. Both hotels were five diamond and I couldn’t have been more pleased. She also made reservations for us for a tour of the Vatican (which I would highly recommend if you’re going). Sharon was very professional, understood what I wanted and was quick to respond. Definitely contact her if you’re interested in traveling and would like someone to help. Some people think using a travel agent costs money or think they can get a better deal on their own, but I found, working with Sharon actually saved me both time AND money!

I have used The Traveling travel twice so far and numerous other times for advice. Pam Rivera is great and always helpful. If she does not know the answer she will find it for you. I used her for our honeymoon to Hawaii and my 40^th to Playa del Carmen! Both very memorable trips! Can’t wait to book again.

I have been using the Traveling Traveler since it first open and I won’t use anyone else. Gary and his assistants always go beyond what they can do for my family and more. Our last trip to Maui was to celebrate my daughters graduation and my birthday. Gary took great care of all arrangements and we had a blast. Thanks Gary and keep it up.

Gary, You made our ‘last minute’ trip EASY! It’s the first time I made my vacation plans on a speaker phone driving from one appointment to another. Fast simple and XLNT! value. You and your staff are the best!

Since 2005 or so I’ve been using Gary The Traveling Traveler for my travel needs. I have taken 3 soccer teams to Hawaii for tournaments under the rainbows. Our first experience was amazing! Gary called us on our departure from LAX and arrival to Honolulu and then made sure that we settled in at the Aston Waikiki Beach without a hitch. He went above and beyond.
The next 2 groups we took to Hawaii was even better. The last trip was this past week July 17 – 24 The rates were right on target to the budget of soccer players traveling alone. These are young ladies under 18 years old. Again Gary and his staff were available and eager to help with any questions concerns or bookings for excursions without hesitation.
I can’t imagine going with any other travel agency and receiving this kind of personal attention. I am planning my next trip to Cancun, Mexico for a family reunion.

I like how this «business» is still trying to edit my review after it was posted many months ago. Go ahead Gary Martinez with your name dropping of everything you belong to. It really doesn’t matter. Uncalled for is what you are doing so I can edit this review. Not going to happen, like I expressed to you in my email, you lied. You failed to contact myself and my husband on several different occasions. This was not what you are describing as a «one time incident». That’s the worst part and yes maybe you provided others a great experience but you failed in this case. Pleasant Holidays agreed as well, that’s why they agreed to remove you from the picture and try to send us the all our tickets themselves, only to find out you had our Trip packet for two weeks after our final payment to… Wait for it. Pleasant Holidays. Which why would I make a payment to them if we were supposedly able to make contact with you and make our payments in a timely manner? After all, you are the people that outline and stress all payments need to be in by certain dates??? It makes no sense. Fight as much as you want but like I expressed in my response email, I will NOT change my review just because you want to be more active on Unilocal! Call it what you will, but the truth hurts apparently!

My experiences with The Traveling Traveler have been great ones. The owner and all of the staff at that company are personable and eager to help. I have never had a time where someone wasn’t there to answer my call or my question and I have booked a vacation through them 3 times and have referred family and friends who have done the same. The Traveling Traveler cares about their customers and wants to send them on the best trip ever. I have never been disappointed in this company or the service they have given me.

I had the opportunity to meet with Gary, the Traveling Traveler because I won a «Hawaiian Trip» at a Business Expo in January. There was some confusion and I mistakenly assumed that a Hawaiian Trip would include travel, not just a room.
Even though there was the misunderstanding the way it was awarded, Gary and I were able to work everything out and as I was not able to pay for the airfare, we were able to transfer the 2 night stay to a friend that was going to Hawaii and he was able to extend his trip by 2 nights.
Gary went above and beyond and was able to get my friend booked over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, even though no promotion gift like this ever includes holiday periods.
