Officially opened July 28th, 2008, this business started out like many others, out of a hobby. This is the newest location to join the Reboot family. Due to demand from our customers who were not located close to our other existing locations, we have expanded our great service and friendly atmosphere to reach more individuals. We appreciate all the support and well wishes from all of our customers and we would like to continue the tradition with this location.

My kid dropped her phone accidently today, screen completely cracked! Took phone in 45 minutes before store closed but called first. Guy was really nice over the phone and in person. Phone like new in 30 minutes! Now have a happy kid with her phone. Will most likely return for future issues with phones and my computer (which I need some help with ASAP!). Great that they are open till 7pm on a Saturday!

Needed an iPad screen replaced. Found Reboot by chance and I’m happy I did. Great vibe the minute I walked in. Snow and the guys obviously know their stuff and they get CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My iPad was a bit trashed with two bend corners and the repair exceeded my expectations.
Hope you don’t need iPad or iPhone repair but if you do, Reboot is the place to go.

Stopped in today to get my samsung s3 screen repaired since I dropped it and the screen is cracked. The phone still works perfectly well, the digitizer is still in perfect condition. The guy behind the counter quoted me $ 160 to repair the screen. His reasoning being that the part is expensive on the s3. I went onto ebay and found a new screen and a repair kit for a grand total of only $ 6. Granted the repair won’t be superb but hoping I do it all correctly and with patience I will have saved myself $ 154. I was looking into getting a new phone anyway in case I fail.
Perhaps he was concerned about the digitizer breaking in the process but just beware… steep prices!

If you have a portable Apple device, I would suggest that you take it here if it ever malfunctions or breaks or bot… I also suggest that you suggest to your other Friends to do the same…

Not terrible, nothing spectacular, but two things left a bad taste in my mouth about this place. The first was that my wife found this place on Unilocal and purchased some kind of Unilocal coupon for this place. She then called them and asked how much it cost to replace the screen on an iPod. When we went there, they honored the coupon with the deal, but claimed they were giving us some special price that they wouldn’t have given if they had known we had the Unilocal coupon. Why would they offer some stranger (not looking for any deal, just asked the price) a special deal (without mentioning it was a special price). It seemed like they would have charged more if they had known we had purchased the deal.
Also, the iPod has drained power much faster ever since they changed the screen. Not a big deal, just have to charge it more often.

These guys are awesome! Took my iPhone 4S in due to a broken screen and I was in and out in 30 mins. Super quick but I could tell it wasn’t rushed. Super friendly staff and answered every little question I had. =) happy customer!

I have an iphone 4s. I love my phone. I never dropped it or had any real hard damage in shape or form. Much to my surprise after I downloaded the IOS7 update my battery started to die quicker. Over a six-​month period, it got even faster, to the point it would charge in 2 hours and die in ½−1 hour. I got tired of it.
I took it to my carrier and other carriers to see what they problem may have been. I assumed it was a battery malfunction; but what was the cause? Since my warranty experienced and apparently I never had AppleCare, it was going to cost me anywhere from 80 – 150, just for the device to be LOOKED at and or FIXED.
I finally took it to REBOOT. they examined my phone and said «It’s the battery, man, $ 40.00, we will replace it and it should be good to go». DEAL!!! I took it! And within 20 minutes my phone was fixed.
I charged my phone last night up until the 100% mark and just let it take it’s course. I left it on my bed and when I woke up this morning it was 95% charged! Scored!!! I was so happy that I did not have to worry that my phone was going to die so quickly. Thank you REBOOT for an excellent job and giving someone peace-​of-​mind again. This has really helped me to know that I can relax and not worry if my phone was going to die in 10 minutes or even within an hour. I can now just let it takes its course and charge the phone when it is absolutely time to do so! I will recommend you to all my friends!

Awesome store! Located in the heart of Whittier close to jacks restaurant.
A friend of mines recommended this place and said these people are knowledgable and does a great job. I came in to get my iPhone 5 screen repaired. The screen was soo badly cracked I thought it was DONE. The sweet gal Snow took care of me, she is professional and I was in and out in about 20 mins. Definitely would recommend. The pricing is great! The people are knowledgable and friendly, the place is really clean and organized. They also do customization :) they will definetly see me again. Glad my friend recommended this place, and so happy I found them. Thank you reboot!

Excellent customer service and great pricing. My LCD screen needed to be replaced and it was fixed within 20 minutes. I had appointments with my doctor, lawyer, merchant services specialist, and auto shop today so Reboot definitely saved my life– I wouldn’t have been able to make it to all of them if I hadn’t found this place. Definitely the place to go when you have issues with your phone!

Reboot is THE BEST!!! Home button was broken so I took it in and had it fixed super quick. Chatted with Pisa for a little bit and after 20 minutes it was good as new.
The store is really clean and organized unlike another spot I checked out in West Covina. All the employees are personable and knowledgable and best of all QUICK!

I recently received my new iPhone 5s, and needed to get my 4s data transfered. I heard about Reboot through a co-​worker, and was pleasantly suprised by how quick and easy the process was. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly too. They also had a pretty good selection of accessories to browse, so I ended up outfitted my 5s with a case, screen protector, and car USB adaptor. I’ll definitely be heading back to Reboot for my future phone needs, but in the meantime, I’d recommend them to anyone.

I have to say I’m very pleased with the professionalism, the great service, and the urgency that this place works. I came to this shop recommended by a co– worker to fix my iPhone which I dropped and cracked the front screen. I was and still am happy with the price to fix it and amazed and how prompt they were to fix it. If that wasn’t enough to make me happy they also went out of their way to drop off my phone at my work place since it was on their way home. That’s true customer service :) I highly recommend Reboot WH to everyone.

I came in and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. I had dropped my iPhone 5 and the screen had cracked in half. They were able to fix my phone within 15 minutes and everything looked brand new. Their service was so good, I had them fix my PS3 that had a disc stuck inside, they fixed that in 5 minutes! Will definitely come back again if any of my mobile devices/​game consoles go wrong! A++

Reboot Repair in Whittier is frakken awesome. Quick, painless and very personable. I got my boyfriend’s iPhone 4 screen repaired after taking a tumble out of the car. We decided to pass the 30 min wait time at Jack Resturant & came back and it was done. Although I didn’t get the guys name who helped us, he was awesome.
Use the Unilocal deal, it’s worth it.

This is my go-​to place for iphone repairs. They are extremely friendly and helpful plus they charge low prices and provide quick service. I came here to replace my cracked screen and again to replace my battery. They helped me clean out the mold in my charging port and replaced a missing screw too. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

They were amazing! Cracked my iPhone screen like everyone else. Found a deal on living social and jumped on it! I hit some traffic on my way and got there 10 min before they closed thinking they’d laugh and turn me away, but he apologized to me that I would have to wait 15 min so he could help the person in front of me, took my phone when they were supposed to be closing and apologized again that it might take a while to fix it. It was beautiful again in half an hour! And I bought a screen protector which he applied for me impeccably and free of charge! I hope I don’t crack my screen again, but if I did I’d go back there!

Sorry for the delay Reboot but you didn’t have a working Unilocal page so i had to wait until it popped up before i could leave a review.
I went here last week to have my iPhone 4S screen repaired. It’s a new business so I’m always happy to discover hidden gems. I actually went to Jacks restaurant and one of the employees saw my shattered screen and recommended I check this place out. I didn’t have any intention of fixing my device because the last time I went to the apple store they told me it was $ 200 so I assumed that was the norm. I walked in and was greeted promptly. Everything is neat and organized. I was quoted $ 75 for the repair and they gave me an additional $ 10 off because of a promotion they were going to run later. 25 mins and $ 65 later I was all ready to go.
Thanks Sean and Derrick and I know you will hear this a lot but «I hope I never see you guys again.»
