I love coming here when ever we get the chance. The by the slice special and the garlic knots and meatballs. And a great proprietor Mike, always friendly I recommend this place

Came in for the very first time and I will definitely be returning very often! This pizza was the best I’ve had in Whittier!

This place has tasty pizza and salad. They have this pizza special where you get one slice and salad. The one slice though is really like two slices. The salad is delicious. The pizza is hidden stuffed which I wasn’t much of a fan of, but I’m guessing that’s their specialty. The prices are reasonable and you definitely get full.

Favorite pizza place of all time! The food is amazing, and the service is great. So, if I’m in the area I make sure to come by.

When you’re in the mood for pizza but don’t want to get a whole pie Tony’s is the spot for sure! They have many different varieties such as the infamous margherita and the Mediterranean for sale by the slice as well as stombolis and these yummy looking jalepeno cheese and chicken rolls which I will definitely have to try next time. We got the special: 2 slices and a Cesar salad for $ 6.50 great deal
We were dining a little close to closing and the manager was so nice to give us a couple slices to take home and try out. Thanks a bunch again! Everyone was really nice and the service was appreciated! We we surely be back to try out more of the menu! I had my eye on the pizza rolls and the the Tonys Sub!

Wish I knew about this place ALONG TIME AGO! Very good pizza very crispy, great toppings! AND THEY HAVE ORANGE BANG! If you get two slices of pizza u get a free drink or a side salad

The employees are nice and friendly and the food is delicious! I love that they have a $ 6.50 deal. Pizza, salad, and a drink because you know, college student.

Not the best customer experience especially when it’s busy, but man the pizza is good. If they were as enthusiastic with customer interactions as they are with their pizzas this place would easily earn 5 stars. Give me a «Hi welcome to Tony’s, how are you doing, what can I get you» something more than general obligatory customer service statements.

Service was extremely slow. Waited for a few minutes just to have some acknowledge me. Got a slice of pizza. I didn’t care for it. It tastes like pizza from those $ 5 places. I will stick to Rios or Pizza Mania.

There are many ways to enjoy a pizza: frozen, microwaved, delivered, after a night of «what the hell happened». Pizza is pretty damn good. So take a place where the crust is flat, the décor is simple, and the Orange Bang! is refillable and freely flowing and you’ll find happy eaters throughout the day.
The pizza is showcased for your pleasure, ranging from the simple like sausage and pepperoni to the complex like lasagna pizza and Stromboli. When you choose the slice of your gluttonous choice they take it and fully bake it in their ovens. Once you receive it the cheese is gooey, the crunch is fantastic, and the bite is delicious. Add in a drink and some dipping sauce and you’ve got yourself a fantastic meal all for under $ 10.
Sure, it’s not the healthiest thing to consume by a long shot and Tony’s Pizza won’t be winning any awards for Trendiest Pizza Place any time soon, but it will win you over for it’s pleasant setting, low price, and absolutely tasty pizza. If you have a pizza craving Tony’s Pizza won’t just squelch it; it’ll absolutely destroy it! Enjoy!

Now that I live on the East side (what what!) there are not many chain pizza places around me. Ok so maybe there is but I am not a fan so I was happy to find Tony’s right on my back yard.
The first time we went we ordered half Mediterranean and half cheese. It took a while but we did order an XL and they did have a lot of people. The cashier was not the nicest but the dudes making the pizza were so that evened the experience. The pizza is BOMB… especially the Mediterranean… it’s thin crust and full of veggies… WOW WOW WOW!
Second time, I called it in and the person on the phone was HILARIOUS! Totally enjoyed placing my order and it was ready when I picked it up 30 minutes later. Again the cashier was not the nicest but eh… I’ll let it slide.
They also have a BOMB giant brownie for your sweet tooth pleasure. This will totally be my go-​to for pizza and it helps that I can walk from home to pick it up (not that I do but I like that option). Oh yea, they also sell pizza by the slice and I saw Calzone’s that look like they taste delish! Plenty of indoor/​outdoor seating with old Hollywood décor. Just go and invite me when you do, ok?

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish I had taken other reviewers comments about this more seriously before ordering. I had planned a birthday party and ordered three pizzas (and paid over the phone) to be delivered 10 minutes before my party started. At the point the pizza delivery was 20 minutes late (I live 3 minutes from the pizzeria mind you), I decided to call for an ETA. The man that answered the phone told me the pizzas should be there any minute. When I asked him to call the driver, he scoffed and sarcastically said, «yeah, I’ll try, I’m really busy». Seriously?! After another 10 – 15 more minutes, a friend drove down to demand a refund. They had no idea where the pizzas had gone. These guys were either having a really bad day, need more help, or need to figure out that their pizzas are not good enough to treat customers this poorly. I will not be going back.
Update: The business did not refund the full amount I paid– what is wrong with this place?!! I will definitely NEVER go to this pizzeria again! They do not deserve a penny for what I went through…

Best pizza on the planet period. And I lived in NYC. Been enjoying Tony’s since I was kid going to the Whitwood Mall. Came back after they re-​opened and the pizza loved up to the memory. Brought my NYer husband and it has become his number one request for when we eat out. Keep up the good work! Wish you delivered to our house 40 minutes away. But we will continue to make the drive for the most delicious pizza and the phenomenal ceaser salad. Also thank you for having the orange bang still!

The pizza was good. Wings need a little work, they were kind of soggy.

Love this place there pizza is awsome. love the texture of the doug and the rich awsome taste. love there mushrooms and spinach its great. employees are awsome really sweet and welcoming i really recommend this place i will keep coming every time i am in whittier.

Tony’s pizza by the slice is delicious!
The only thing about this place that sucks, is their customer service. They don’t welcome you into their place, it’s as though you’re bothering them being there. Everyone in that place has a stink face, everyone. Their lack of customer service is why I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I just grab my slice and go. Wish they were nicer and more welcoming.

Get in, grab a few slices, and get out. Not many places around here sell pizza by the slice, so this spot has that going for it. Located in the Whittwood Town Center, Tony’s is a convenient option when you are out and about. Yeah, it’s small and rather hot inside, but you won’t be in there long enough to get annoyed. Take-​out is the way to go. The free drink with check-​in further sweetens the deal. I didn’t get it; rather opted for the free side salad with minimum two slice purchase option.
Ordered the pepperoni, margherita, bbq chicken to go. All on the oily side, but the margherita came out on top. Service was congenial and efficient, so if you’re looking for something fast and hot, this is it. Parking can be a pain, but walking a few extra feet won’t kill you. If anything, it will delay the process. Mangia!

Incredible pizza, for sure, but the sandwiches are not to be missed! The Tony’s italian is a thing of beauty. Honestly, I have yet to try a single menu item that has not impressed me.
The staff is ultra friendly. A small wait time is WELL worth the quality of the food. Highly recommended!

Excellent pizza when ordering by the slice. What is confusing is why is it that when I order a whole pizza, they don’t look or taste the same as the pizzas that you can buy by the slice???
I ordered a pepperoni sausage slice for lunch. It was med thick crust, had a good amount of sauce, cheese was white and gooey, good flavorful toppings. I liked it so much that I ordered a whole pepperoni pizza to go.
When I got home, the pizza was different. The pizza was flat and had orange/​burnt greasy cheese.
The slice pizza was good but ordering the whole pizza was really disappointing =/
