I have just had the WORST experience there. And I am so upset. First let me start out and say that I was a customer last year and actually purchased contacts from them. And the staff was very warm and friendly. I did not think twice about going again to purchase glasses, but let me tell you I was in for a rude awakening. As soon as i stepped in the door, I was greeted with a friendly hello which was great, I was asked if I needed some help and I told them no not yet I am just looking at frames. Terri who works there was basically stalking me and would not give me space to try on glasses! and one thing that makes me uncomfortable is someone over my shoulder. I would try on glasses and she would be right behind me! I would go down the other end and she was there! There was another couple there that needed help, and she actually told them she was helping someone! I did not ask for help nor did not need it. I would try on frames and she would say «No I dont think they fit you» OMG !! did i ask? Its one thing being helpful but she was outright just irritating. Next, when I had two frames in my hand she offered to hold them and put them in a tray, my fiancé gave her the glasses, and she asked us «where are the coach glasses?» we just looked at each other, and then she realized she had them in her hands! Why were you watching us that close? For one I am not a thief, I am a hardworking woman who spends my time working close to 90 hours as a nurse, I just think her perception of some people is pure ignorance, which is putting it lightly. I will NEVER visit this place again, and you better believe I am going to post my experience on FB and let my family and friends know not to visit this establishment. But I am sure someone like Terri wont mind at all, since it seems like she is a very closed minded individual.

We have been going her for years since they were in Euclid. They continue to give great care ! An example was yesterday I thought I scratched my cornea. I called them up and they told me to come in now. I waited no long we then 5 minutes and the doctor saw me. On top of there service the selection of eye glasses is too notch !!!
