Specialties

At Chops Deli we specialize in providing sandwiches, soups and salads prepared with the finest, freshest ingredients available, whether it’s Boar’s Head meat, cheese, and condiments or fresh local produce from our community farmer’s market. We at Chops also feel that the entire experience, from the time you step in the door until you leave, should be enjoyable, so not only will you find top quality meals but a welcoming atmosphere created by happy, helpful staff and tunes on the stereo that keep yours toes tapping. We can’t wait to have you for some good times and great eats!

History

Established in 2009.

Chris and Brad have both been jacks of all trades through the years, but it was only when they came together that all their experience and knowledge could be put to good use. From the beginning the principle of quality has always guided our hands and driven us to provide the best overall experience possible for all of our customers. Our business is always growing and the organic nature of our business plan has allowed us to keep our ideals in the forefront while also preventing us from sacrificing these ideals in order to make a quick buck. We are proud to be active members in our community and thankful that we have such an amazing group of fans, friends and family who support us and contribute greatly to our success.

Meet the Business Owner

Brad C.

Business Owner

Being born and raised in Wilmington, there is a special place in my heart for this community. The fact that I have an opportunity to become a more active and involved member of this community only gives me hope for the future of Chops and Wilmington. As stated before, I have been a «Jack-of-all-trades» throughout my life, but it is in the foodservice industry that I have been allowed to act to the fullest of my abilities. They say that if you love what you do you’ll never work a day in your life and I can attest to the truth of that statement, because I truly do love being a part of Chops. Meeting our customers and getting to know them has been one of the most enriching experiences of my life and being able to provide people with quality and value, in a time when most restaurants are cutting corners and sacrificing quality for higher profits, is a privilege by which I am humbled and inspired.
