History

Established in 2007.

After working for the «Corporate Big Guys» for 25+ years, Fudge Properties open its doors! We’re certainly not new to the business. Owner, Nancy Fudge, has been a full time Realtor since 1981. Every one of our clients is extremely important to us and you will never just be number on a spread sheet. We are an Independent Real Estate Brokerage and, with that, you get our full attention. Many franchise agents depend on their brokers franchise name to establish their confidence.

We have built our team on personal attention and service. We are dedicated Real Estate Professionals who take pride in providing Home Ownership. Our pride and enthusiasm are reflected in our results. The difference we offer is to exceed expectations-100% of the time! Skilled agents sell homes, not large corporate companies.

Most of our agents come from the «Corporate Big Guy», so we can say: «Been There, Done That!»

Meet the Business Owner

Nancy F.

Business Owner

After working for Coldwell Banker for more than 20 years (and a short time with RE/MAX), it was time to open my own, independent office. With the years of experience being a full time agent, I could offer customers and clients alike the personal attention that they deserve. No one gets lost in the shuffle. In our office, our staff go above and beyond to make sure that all of our customers and clients receive the royal treatment!

Being an Independent Brokerage doesn’t mean you don’t get 100%!

Like the old saying goes, sometimes «bigger isn’t always better».
