Hansel & Gretel needs major help in the customer service front. I am not one to give a bad review but after my experience today I was so enraged at the way the women who works there acted towards me. I went to return an outfit that I didn’t end up using and she was so upset that she had to give me $ 98 dollars in cash back — because they don’t carry that much in their drawer. That’s not my problem that you don’t carry that much cash. She literally THREW the money on the counter. So RUDE I will never ever be back!!!

very adorable clothes, and wonderful window displays. haven’t been there in years, but i walk by it when going to the dollar store, and i love to look at the toys in the window. i remember going there as a child to buy a madame alexander doll. nice owners.
