We have a large RV parts and accessories store, along with an award winning RV service and repair center. We stock brands by Forest River, Forester, Surveyor, Dutchmen Kodiak, r-​Pod, KZ RV, Thor Motor Coach, Wind sport, Siesta Sprinter RV, and the Ford Transit Gemini.

History

Established in 1979.

Howard RV center of Wilmington was established in November 1979. The Howard Family had a previous dealership in Spencerport-​NY that started in 1973, and was relocated to Wilmington in the Fall of ’79.

The company is still owned by the Howard Family and it’s formal name is: Wilmington Recreation Vehicle Supply, Inc. dba Howard RV Center.

Business Owner

John Howard Jr. is a Second Generation owner/​partner of Howard RV Center. He is partners with his sister, Robin H. Grover.

The dealership was opened in 1979 as Howard’s Trailers, then Howard’s Campers. John Howard Sr. & wife Ann opened this location after relocating from the cold snow belt of Rochester-​NY where their original dealership was started in 1973 as CAMPCO Trailer Sales.
