Well, I needed to find a body shop after my landlord plowed more than the driveway, with two basic criteria: close to home and good overall reviews. Imperial fit the bill on both counts, so I gave them a call. Courteous and professional, repairs were done as estimated in a timely manner, with great attention to detail. I will recommend them to anyone needing body work!

After my Town and Country got sideswiped by an 18 wheeler, I was referred to Imperial by my insurance company. I was very impressed with both the work and service. Thanks for doing such a great job on my vehicle!

I’ve been to Imperial twice in the past year. As unfortunate as it is that I’ve needed body work that often, I’m very fortunate that I can trust these guys to do an awesome car. They do great work and are easy to work with.

Imperial did an amazing job with repairing my Infiniti Q50. They took my car in for repairs on a Monday morning and I had it back Friday afternoon. Also, the staff was very friendly and communicated with me on the status of my repairs. I would definitely recommend this place to any that is in need of auto body repairs.

Imperial Auto did a perfect job repairing and coordinating the repair of my daughter’s 2011 BMW. She had been rear ended and Darek was sharp enough to not submit an estimate for repair until the insurance adjuster from Liberty Mutual was able to visit the shop and view the damage under the car (good call — the exhaust system had to be replaced end to end, in addition to the visible auto body damage that had been done after a driver plowed into my daughter’s car without even tapping the brakes; thankfully my daughter was not hurt — except maybe being heart broken without her wheels). Darek maintained regular communication with me during the repair process (and patiently took regular calls from me when my daughter was feeling anxious about getting her car back). He and his team took great care in returning the car in pristine, perfect condition. Highly recommend!

Imperial Auto was brought in to fix my brand new 2014 Nissan Rouge when I was rear-​ended on Route 93.
I cannot say enough about the job that Darek did on the car. From my sight, I thought it was only just the bumper was out of place. When he took it off, noticed additional damage, which Liberty Mutual confirmed needed repair. Darek kept me informed about the status of the car, and when it would be ready.
The day before, he called to let me know it was ready on Tuesday, and mid morning — he called again to tell me it was ready.
When I got there, the car looked brand new. With the wonderful winter road salt, my car was a little dirty when I dropped it off. He had everything looking fresh and clean. It even looks like they cleaned the interior for me!
I highly recommend Imperial Auto for any work you need done. He’s fair, upfront, and realistic. Darek will even had a little sweet waiting in your car for you when you pick it up. I hope we won’t have to use an auto body shop in the future — but if we do, it will be straight to Darek and Imperial Auto!

I was recently involved in an accident involving a side swipe of my new Subaru Legacy only 2 months old. Went thru my insurance and Imperial Auto was on the list of Preferred repair clinics.
I have to be honest as I was hesitant not going thru my dealer though once talking to Darek I felt comfortable on having him doing the work. I met him on a Friday and review the damage and made arrangements to drop off my car on a Tuesday the following week. I picked up my car that Friday to have my car look like the day I picked it up at the dealer. My car was repaired like nothing ever happened and to have the car shining and clean in and out.

* This is the best body shop in all aspects by far! The quality of their work is unmatchable, and their customer service makes you feel very important. Derek is the nicest person and professional I have ever met. I highly recommend Imperial Auto.

Can’t say enough about the crew at Imperial. They repaired a broken bumper at very reasonable cost, and even washed the car inside and out afterward! Everyone was very friendly and professional — I highly recommend them for any auto body repair needs.

Darek and the guys at Imperial did an outstanding job with my 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer. I was in quite a jam late on a Sunday night an hour from home. My car was towed to another shop, and in the morning my Liberty Mutual told me about Imperial and how they are recommended through my insurance.
After already paying for a tow, Darek worked with me and at no cost got my car from the other shop and started quick work on it. I am so happy with the level of care and concern they had for me and my vehicle. They worked with me on price without lowering the quality of work at all.
Honestly, no one likes to be stuck in these kind of predicaments, but I highly recommend Imperial Auto to anyone who finds themselves in need of repair!

DAREK WAS AMAZING!!! He does a fabulous job working in cars. The Insurance company wanted to total my car and he was able to get more money so he could fix it!!! My car looks like it was never in an accident. He got my car done in an amazing time frame for the amount of damage that was done! He will be the only person I will bring my car too if anything happens. When I called he always replied to my message right away. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the job he did!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their car!

The shop is excellent, the talent of Darek is unbelievable. The customer service is excellent and the speed of service is great too! Darek keeps you updated on what is going on with your car. They make the whole dealing with the insurance and getting the repairs done fast an easy process.
When you get your car back from Darek, it will look better than when it was brand new. He does a phenomenal job, he has worked on my car multiple times and as well as my family members cars. He is the only auto body guy that will touch my car.

Imperial Auto did a fantastic job on my 2012 Toyota Camry. Darek did a great job of responding to my calls, and got me into his shop at my earliest convenience.
I gave Darek all my paperwork from my insurance and he handled the rest. All i had to do was sign some liability waivers and wait for my car.
I got my car back very fast. When i got my car, it looked brand new. Imperial Auto did a great job on the damage and also did a wonderful job Detailing my car. Cleaning the inside and waxing the outside, making it look brand new off the Lot.
I highly recommend Imperial Auto for their outstanding services and friendly customer experience.
