love Papa John’s. Came to this location because I happen to be in the area. I ordered 2 large pizzas. Asked the lady for crushed red peppers. Some black guy with glasses behind the counter said (not to me but to the girl grabbing the peppers) «everything cost» and he gave me ONE little pack of red peppers. Enough to fill 2 slices of pizza. I GOT TWO BOXES OF PIZZA. any other papa John’s I go to, they give as many as you want.
Needless to say, when I’m in this area again. I will NOT be ordering from here. Rude ass dude. He is lucky there is no survey on my receipt.

Rude management, inconsistent delivery policies, and no respect for loyal regulars. We used to order from here almost every week, but they have lost our business.

Typical Papa John’s. We ordered delivery online, it was fast. IT was hot and fresh out of the oven. Although I didn’t give my room number at the hotel I was staying, it was great that they stopped at the front desk to find out. I rated a 4 because there wasn’t anything extraordinary about the food or service. I would order from them again.

My review is particularly about the staff only. The pizzas are good but the people working in the store suck. One of the ladies messed up my order. I went to pick up my pizza and as usual just headed home. When i opened thepizza they were without any topping at all! I called back and she never agreed that she had taken the order or she messed it up. She hung up the phone and in spite of me calling and speaking with the store manager, he said that its between the two of you and i cannot do anything!!! Can u believe it!!!
