History

Established in 1998.

I originally got my real estate license in Virginia, in the ‘80s. I moved to the Boston area where I became involved in development. In 1998 I got a Massachusetts real estate license, became a Realtor and went to work as an independent contractor with the state’s premier real estate broker, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. I am a Graduate of the Realtors Institue, an E-​Pro electronic marketer, a Certified Buyers’ Agent, A Certified Negotiation Specialist, and a Certified Negotiation Expert, as well as a member of the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. All of this so that I can serve my clients the best way possible and so I can better guide you home.

Born in Washington, D.C. went to 5 elementary schools in 3 countries and 5 high schools in 3 states. Got my BS from Northwestern University and my MA and PhD from the University of Wisconsin (Madison). I served in the US Army 1969 – 1971 in combat arms, including a tour in the Republic of Vietnam. I am married, with two children.
