Two of my guided meditations are on the CD Finding Your Solutions, My children’s fantasy book ‘What Tail?” evoke the imagination and within the adventures is the subtle message for you to accept others and yourself just as you are without judging on appearance.

Natural Healing & Learning Center, founded by Roberta R. Barnes, is nestled in a quiet wildlife habitat in Central Maine. The relaxation you feel when stepping out your vehicle reflects the balance and harmony of the Japanese Reiki taught and practiced within the Center.

Business Owner

Roberta R. Barnes has completed the updated teacher’s level of Japanese Usui Reiki directly under Japanese Reiki Shihans (teachers) who each have only two Shihans between themselves and Mikao Usui the founder. She has practiced natural healing for over thirty years and learned about meditation when still a little girl. She gives guided meditations for healing and discovery, and being a master herbalist offers personalized herb reports. Before studying Japanese Reiki she completed the highest level in Western styles of Usui Reiki, so she can answer questions about the distorted stories of Reiki that have formed over the years. Upon her students’ request she has professionally recorded two of her mindful relaxing guided meditations on the CD «Finding Your Solutions». Her focus is helping each client and student return to his or her natural state of well-​being.
