As a Winston Salem chiropractor, Dr. John Robinson helps people to live pain free, happier and healthier lives. Dr. Robinson’s diverese background in physical therapy, supplements, nutrition, wellness and chiropractic treatment enables him to create positive and permanent lifestyle changes in his patients’ lives. Founded in 2007, Dr. Robinson’s chiropractic office is located inside of the Golds Gym in Winston Salem. This location allows Dr. Robinson to easily incorporate fitness training into his patients treatment plans.

Dr. Robinson began thinking about a career in chiropractic while in undergraduate school at the University of Kentucky. After classes, Dr. Robinson was a physical therapy aide for a local hospital and nursing home, and witnessed first hand the healing power of physical medicine when combined with positive mental attitude. While in chiropractic school, Dr. Robinson took particular interest in coursework involving the body’s hormonal balance, toxin avoidance and nutritional supplementation. These interests continue for Dr. Robinson, and virtually all of his treatment plans feature a nutritional component.

After graduation, Dr. Robinson was an intern for a yogini/​chiropractor in Pasadena, California. His internship introduced a new way of thinking about life, health, and wellness. Namely, all life’s stressors fall into one of three categories. Biochemical: what we put into our bodies. Physical: how we use our bodies. Emotional: the mind-​body connection.
