Starting as a small family business in 1989, Maintain Landscaping grew to become one of the larger, locally owned landscape companies in Orlando. Beginning with residential lawns, we now also service commercial properties including government facilities and HOAs.

My wife and I recently moved into a new house in Winter Park. It’s a small lot but has plenty of shrubs and landscaping in place. The grass was getting pretty out of control until a neighbor recommended Maintain Landscaping so I gave them a shot. They scheduled quickly and came out to cut, edge and trim and cleanup. They did a great job in all areas for a very reasonable price. I’m on a monthly service and so far they’re keeping the yard beautiful.

I love this company. I contracted them to do a complete overhaul of my yard consisting of irrigation, new sod, tree removal (old and huge Oak), ALOT of overgrown greenery, fencing, and a large planter. Not only was the price reasonable and well-​vetted by yours truly, but they completed the entire project in two weeks and one day. This was no small task. I have been completely impressed with their product and I can only express my gratitude to Will and the ENTIRE TEAM who worked on my project. Fantastic work!!!

Do not use this company. I own a home in Orlando but I live out of state. I trusted to Maintain to take care of my lawn in my absence. They did anything but… They lawn was overtaken by weeds and under-​watered which lead to my having to spend over $ 4,000 in re-​sodding the lawn. The maintenance crew is a joke. If I would’ve paid my 14 year old neighbor $ 20 a week, he would’ve done a better job taking care of the lawn.
