Established in 1996. T-​Square Woodworking, Inc. is family owned and operated by cousins and partners, Randy Turbin and Glen Maxwell. Randy began refining his eye for detail when he was 17 years old, starting as an apprentice for high-​end jewelers in Manhattan. It was his natural eye for intricate details that encouraged Randy to go out on his own. Years later, his creative drive discovered the nature of hardwoods. Randy and Glen originally started T-​Square as a fire and flood restoration business. With their combined 45 years of experience, T-​Square has maintained Preferred Vendor status with such companies as Allstate and Statefarm, as well Equity Residential. This preference by chief insurance and management companies has identified them as leaders not just in wood design, but in their ability to match existing wood elements with intense precision.
