This place changed my life. If it weren’t for twisted tuesdays I would be a completely different person. I met my family there… the people there are so welcoming. I’ve got a «welcome home» a few times I’ve been there. this place has such a huge place in my heart. It was one of the first things that came to mind when I was considering moving out of state. The owner, Rose, is a beautiful person inside & out. I am so grateful that she has provided this space for us! She also makes home made meals every Tuesday. If you have never been here, and are open minded, a little(or a lotta bit) weird, and are creative and love being around people who have that same vibe… Twisted Tuesdays is the place to be.

What a delight! My favorite night is «twisted Tuesday» although, anytime is fine with me. There’s fantastic bands most of which are students from Ucf and Full Sail with music ranging from classic rock, jazz, and a little bit of everything in between and talent abounds not only from the music but from fire twirlers, jugglers, artist, and a fabulous home cooked buffet at an unbelievable low price. The staff is very friendly and the owner is loved by all of her patrons because of her abundant heart and beautiful soul. The crowd ranges from college students to the more seasoned of age such as myself lol but there seems to be no importance put on age and everyone just melds together as people. I love this place!

If you’re looking for somewhere to go to have a good time and drink, don’t come here. The place is tiny and overcrowded. You can barely see through the cigarette smoke, even I as a smoker couldn’t handle it. The bartender is more concerned with greeting her friends than pouring beers. Want your beer in a glass? Forget it, you’re getting two small plastic cups. So in conclusion, if you’re interested in burning eyes, a five minute wait for a draft beer, and people constantly knocking into you, this place is perfect. If not do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. Oh and PS they haven’t figured out it’s 2014 and only accept cash.

Great place to hang while dart games happen in the background. The bartender was very nice when I went. Beer selection is basic but solid. If you want craft beers, go to BART or Oblivion. But if you’re looking for a lived-in dive with laidback locals, this is the place.

This would be a cool four star beer-only dive if their events were not so haphazardly thrown together. On an off night, this is a great place to hang out with a buddy and shoot free darts(awesome well maintained boards) and play pool(not free). In recent years, they have attempted to expand their customer base by reaching out to a younger consumer holding open mics and dubstep dance parties. Open mic nights anywhere in the world can be a hit or miss but the one that Red Lion hosts is horrible. What makes it the worst is that it is hosted by two creeps. I went with a friend and his co-worker and one of the dudes was staring at her all night. It was just fucking awkward. To top it off, their music was horrible. It’s hard to mess up Pink Floyd’s «wish you were here» or the beatles«knocking on heaven’s door» but they surely did. They only knew how to play the choruses of the songs and they played the same chorus for almost 15 minutes collectively. It was one of the more excruciating moments of the night. Their was no one worth listening to. They let certain acts play for 45 minutes when they obviously should be cut off at the 15 minute mark. They didn’t play any music between the acts. They have no idea what they are doing. Avoid friday nights at Red Lion at all costs. Tuesday’s are about on par with their open mic nights. This is a heavy molly crowd which is dj’d by complete noobs(they click shuffle on itunes while doing VERY basic fades and cadences). Also, there are usually never any girls there(ones worth looking at anyway). The staff is incredibly nice and they have cheap drinks.

I love this bar! I frequent this pub quite often. Great laid-back atmosphere, pool and dart leagues during the week. On tuesday they have great local bands and fire throwing! It’s cash only, which isnt really a big inconvenience. If you’re in the area stop by and say hello, I’ll be here! :)
