If I could give no stars I would! Worst customer service. Have had equipment less than 6months and have had to call for issues half a dozen times. Every time I’ve called they say they will call back ‘shortly’… I’ve had to call back every single time after several hours of waiting for a recall to resolve an issue. I’ve never dealt with the same person twice. when I ask for whomever I spoke with the last time by name the response is always ‘they no longer work here’. That says volumes about a company when they cant retain their staff!

Poisoned Tylenol. Exploding Ford Pinto. Battery Dropping Invisible Fence. If you have a bad product, you shouldn’t be suggesting ‘Why don’t you upgrade?’ Or tell the person you are dealing with ‘I deal with problem customers’ instead of ‘I deal with customers who have problems.’ Or when you ask to speak to a manager, you’re told ‘They are all on vacation’ and won’t be back for two weeks. Whaaaaat???
There are plenty of other invisible fence operations in this area… don’t make the mistake of dealing with this one, or at least don’t make the mistake of thinking you are going to get any kind of customer service for defective product.

After enduring years of expensive service calls and poor service from Invisible Fence, we finally got fed up and switched to Dogwatch. What an amazing difference. Now I can make my own system adjustments, no stupid battery plan. Fast response AND lower prices.
