No Limits Bootcamp & Fitness provides a safe and fun environment for those who get bored in a gym and find it hard to develop a habit of regular exercise.
At No Limits Bootcamp & Fitness, we keep class sizes small so the focus can be on you! No Limits classes are 45 minutes and typically start with a dynamic warm up and various stretching exercises designed to get your body ready to work safely and effectively. The main workout of the day is a combination of strength and aerobic conditioning exercises incorporated to give you a great workout. Our workout routines include body weights, kettle bells, battling ropes, TRX suspension training, medicine balls, plyoboxes, spring runs, band work, rowing machines and partner-assisted exercises.

History
Established in 2010.
Participants at No Limits Bootcamp & Fitness have fun, make friends and socialize as they exercise. Our classes promote many fitness benefits, which include mental health. It has long been known that regular aerobic exercise can help to reduce high blood pressure, hypertension and combat stress.
Meet the Manager
Juliana M.
Manager
Born in Brazil, Juliana Mello came to the US with a passion to make people’s life better. She immediately decided to go to college and study physical therapy.
As she found out how amazing and interesting the human body can be, she entered the fitness training arena too. She quickly became certified as a personal trainer, and as she continues her studies at the University of Mass in Lowell, she, together with her partner, Gus, lead amazing group exercise classes at many locations.
She has directed her life and goals to promote fitness and health to everyone, no matter their age or level of fitness.
