I love delivery from this papa ginos. yes, they are overpriced for what it is but my pizza is always arrives hot and good. Steak and cheese subs are good form here too.

Today was my first time ordering from Papa Gino’s. We put in our order around 12:30 PM and the only available delivery time was 1:50, which is understandable during Sunday games. We received our custom pizza, burger and cinnamon sticks at 2:15 PM. We liked the pizza, the chicken was flavorful and the bacon crispy, but we had asked for light sauce on our pizza and it was still pretty heavy. My burger was good, but the fries that came with it were very soggy. The cinnamon sticks were what we expected, fluffy and not too oily. I like my food hot and this was not hot, but it was warm enough. Overall, the food was decent. We’ll likely order from this location again.

I love Papa Gino’s pizza for the thin crust and tasty sauce, so I was happy to see one close to my new residence. I gave them 3 chances over a 2 month period and only one time did they get it right. Soggy crust, nasty smell even and so not what I’m used to from Papa Gino’s. I don’t know what is going on behind the scenes at this location, but something is definitely NOT RIGHT

I ordered for delivery. I was very specific about the delivery address as mix ups happen often if the name of our road is misspelled. After waiting longer than expected the delivery guy called and said he was at our place (he wasn’t) He’d been given the incorrect address from the order taker. I told him the correct specific address. He said he knew right were we were and would be right over. After wtg. longer than it’d take to get from where he was to my home, we got a call from a manger to verify the address again. He said he’d be here in 2 minutes. Again, after wtg. much longer than 2 minutes, we decided to give them a call. I spoke with a different manager who told me were are outside there delivery range. Seriously? They waited till we called them to see what was going on. Bad service. Better than a cold delivered pizza I guess. :(

Worst pizza ever — pepperoni was like shoe leather. Returned it. Mgr apologized — replaced with 2 slices of cheese. Tough, dried terrible pizza. Don’t see how this place stays open. PG used to be pretty good. Hope not all locations are this bad.

Go to another location. My lobster roll was burnt, as well as the pizza, service is slow, and unnecessarily so (there were at least 8 people working and 6 of them were standing around).

Saw a rat running around the dining area after ordering a pizza. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Who knows what goes on in the kitchen!

The longest-​running store in the mall, this Papa Gino’s has been around for AGES. I do like their pizza, I admit it. That thin crust with that typical zing to their sauce — If McDonald’s made pizza, this is what it would taste like.
Did you KNOW that McDonald’s once offered pizza? It’s true. Check it, yo. They do that from time to time in certain locations: test items out. Once time it was pizza. And it was thicker than this but had that same generic zingy-​sauce with cheese flavor to it.
Either way, I like this location.

I ordered $ 100 worth of Pizza today from here for the staff at work.
I tried to order it online as they offer that service.
However after spending like over 20 minutes, with registering, logging in, make selections, adding to the cart, etc, etc. I come to find out that I can not use a gift card online.
I call and then they can take the order over the phone.
I order 8 pizzas.

1 shroom
1 gr pepper & onion.
They delivered on time.
Just ok pizza.
Nothing special.
Would I use them again? Probably not. Unless I had a gift card.

How did I get here and why did I come? I’m like the little kid that pulls on the cat’s tail and then starts to bawl his eyes out when he gets scratched… ten minutes later he’s at it again. I’ll never learn.
