History

Established in 1994.

The Learning Zone first opened in 1994in Boston Ma. The first location was at Fort Point Place in Boston and had 35 children and 8 teachers. Over the past almost 21 years, The Learning Zone has grown to 5 locations that care for 484 children a day and employ over 125 teachers! It is still owner operated by Melissa Ananias. The Learning Zone has locations in Weston Ma, Woburn Ma, Waltham Ma, Belmont Ma and Framingham Ma.

Business Owner

Melissa Ananias graduated from Boston University in 1993 with a degree in Elementary Education. At the young age of 24, Melissa opened her first child care center in downtown Boston. The Learning Zone now has 5 locations and continues to expand over the next few years. Melissa Ananias lives in Needham Ma and has 2 young daughters, a dog and 2 cats!
