I have to call them just about every week because their drivers consistently fail to take our trash on the normal pickup day. We’ve also witnessed them throw our clearly labeled recycling in with the trash. They keep difficult business hours and the voicemail inbox is constantly full so you can’t even leave a message.

I use them for trash removal at my rental home. The dumpster gets picked up as scheduled. Their website is fairly easy to navigate and pay my bills on it.
Their customer service on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. Every time I have a problem that needs the help of an actual human, it takes at least two phone calls to resolve the problem. Unfortunately I re upped with them for another yer. Next August, I take my business elsewhere.
