Horrible service! I highly recommend not using this company. We rented a hummer limo for my bachelorette party and the driver, Richard was awful. He was not polite from the beginning. He didn’t hear his phone when we needed to be picked up. We called about 10 times and then had to call the company directly. We ended up having to find him on the street. He got lost going to both locations. After he drove us for a grand total of 30 minutes he made us clean the couple of cans out of the car. Horrible horrible horrible service.

I have used Atlas Limo for one event and have another one lined up with them! Some of the prior reviews state that the customer service was poor. I thought it was excellent. Eric is great and I booked both trips through him. They were on time and were very cool. I will definitely continue using them!

Great service, kind drivers. On time and dependable both to and from DCA. Excellent! I would recommend this cart service. Clean, sharp vehicles.

Worst limo company ever. I order a limo almost 9 months in advance for a wedding. All paperwork and contract signed. A week before the wedding i confirmed that all payments are made and everything is fine. THE DAY OF THE WEDDING, I received a call at 1:55 pm stating that the driver is stuck in traffic and could not honor the contract time of 1:50PM and instead will arrive at 3:00PM. The wedding started 3PM. Throwing our whole timeline off schedule. The entire wedding party had to drive themselves the day of the wedding. No remorse at all, the company just offered me all my money back. I KNOW THEY MAY BE CHEAP BUT YOU REALLY DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. DO NOT ORDER.

Letter to The company. I rented a limousine that broke down 2 miles from the venue and while the contract says you are not liable it also says that time loss will be made up. This did not happen. In addition, a Grey van was sent for the return trip. A gentleman made 4 trips to drop my party off.
I have requested a refund and was told I could only get $ 300. In fact, on July 23^rd Omar (manager) suggested I sign a new contract with a new credit card authorization form. I declined as your company already has my information on file. He stated he would call me back and as of today he has not. This is not quality service.
There has also been miscommunication between representatives of the company. On Saturday Erik stated that I would get $ 400 refunded; however, yesterday Omar said $ 300. Which is it? And when will my credit card refund be processed?
Finally, I had to call on numerous occassions to speak with someone. They are listed below:
7.21 @ 11:50am — left vm; 1:13 pm spoke w Jack and requested owner to call me. To date owner has not called me; 2:5 8pm spoke with Erik and requested manager or owner to call me. There wasn’t been a return call by either.
7.22 11:22am left vm; 4:10pm Erik will have manager call me. This did not happen.
7 .23 12:32pm Jack stated manager would call me back.
Finally at 1:25 pm Omar called and offered $ 300. But I would need to sign another contract and credit card authorization. I requested that the my credit card that was already on file be refunded. He said he would call me back. As of the time of this email, he has not returned my call.
I would hope that you service your cars for better performance. We wouldn’t want another incident like the one with the brides
