Good location. The line didn’t move as quickly as I would’ve liked, but then again, it wasn’t that long by the time I got in it. This location shares retail space with Starbucks and Cold Stone, so you can start with Mexican, then move onto ice cream, followed by coffee, followed by feelings of grossness.

Brown rice was undercook, service was slow, and had to wait on sour cream.

Okay folks… no more. Line is always around the door and expect to not have what you want available once you get up there. Online order is not any better. Parking is ridiculous to find and you are lucky if you are able to back out when you leave. I have been here on SO many occasions and like an idiot I come back… no more. With all the issues this company is having, you would think that service would be top notch. Think again.

**this review is on service alone, not quality of food** So I LOVECHIPOTLE! Absolutely love it. Hardcore chipotle fan. The Woodbridge location is nothing special. Ridiculously long lines! Which they can’t help but it’s still annoying considering the service they provide. Whenever you order here, they never give you enough food. I am constantly asking for more rice, chicken, corn, whatever it is that I’m getting that day. I know how much food I should have in my chipotle bowl and I’m GOING to ask for more if I know you are shorting me. Whenever I ask them for more they almost ALWAYS have an attitude. Roll their eyes, or don’t make eye contact, or just act like its a huge inconvenience. All those things stated above I’m able to get over because HELLO, Chipotle is amazing. But two nights ago around 8pm I was there with a friend. I was trying to break my $ 20 and give my friend $ 5 for her chipotle. I asked the cashier at the front to break the $ 20. She said she couldn’t unless she was doing a cash sale.(I used a gift card) Ok fine. There was a decent amount of miscommunication between my friend, me, and the cashier. Finally we came to a consensus on what needed to be done(we being me) and the cashier said«that’s what I’ve been saying this whole time» and my friend replies with«no it’s not, but alright?» I mean if that’s what she was saying the whole time(the answer to the solution) why didn’t you just do it for us and shut us the heck up much sooner? Then she’s rolling her eyes at us and shaking her head being EXTREMELY rude. What? This is your job is it not? Would you have done that if your manager was standing right there? Probably not so don’t do it. Irritated, we left as soon as we could. I understand us needing to break the $ 20 was an inconvenience… But it was an easy fix and not that serious of an issue. I was so angry I was going to email the manager. Not to mention I had gone there once I put in a take out order and it said it would be ready at 3:45 and they didn’t start making it until I arrived at 3:50. Not the first time it’s happened either… Not going here unless I have to. There’s plenty of other chipotles around with shorter lines, nicer employees, and ones that don’t try and give you the littlest amount of food possible. Bye!

Basically a standard Chipotle. Food always seems too salty, but that’s par for the brand. This location gets really long lines at lunch and dinner so I’ve walked out and gone elsewhere on my last two attempts to eat there.

Wow I can’t believe this people I make online order 1 veggie bowl I call to confirm this lady who answer told me that is a wait list and I have to wait 1 hour that is impossible. I work in the restaurant for many years that is a bad customer service. I’m a unhappy customer only because they don’t want to work more hard all my friend and family will not happy about it fix your staff…

I waited 50 minutes in line on a Sunday evening. The line was not very long and there were plenty of employees standing around talking. The kicker at the end was that they were all out of chips 4 hours before closing. I usually would never give this bad of a rating, but this is every experience at this Chipotle, whether the line is short or long it is always so slow. The food was ok, but the meat was over cooked, both the chicken and the steak.

Slowest chipotle in the world. I don’t know what’s wrong, but I avoid this chipotle like the plague when I have that craving. Id rather drive another 20 minutes to a different one, because it would still be faster!

I waited 25 min in line and then get to the front and read a lil sign that says they’re out of Guacamole for the rest of the evening! C’mon man! No chips and guacamole??? UGH!!! Minus 1 star for the long wait minus another for the guacamole thing. UPDATE: Okay, so I came back the next day to eat here again. Guess what??? The line was even longer and going out the door(and it wasn’t even lunch or dinner time). I left because I didn’t want another disappointment when I got to the counter. Management should really do something about keeping the line down. –1 star. :/

Usually I don’t eat here if I don’t see the Group of ladies that have worked here for years they fast and very nice. Don’t order online you’ll stand her waiting for your online order like everyone else

Ok. I’m going to be brutally honest about this place. And the other Chipotles are no different. The portions are extremely small, the quality of the meat is weak(8⁄10 times its overcooked), they aren’t good at rolling the burritos as mine are usually ripped and falling apart(I don’t really ask for much inside the burrito either so its not overstuffed), they are too slow when it comes to getting your food ready. To the Chipotle staff and company, You guys have gotten way too cocky. It seems to me you think that you are untouchable when it comes to Mexican food and that’s just not right. I can go to Qdoba, get better tasting food, MORE of that food, and a faster experience, all for a cheaper price. I don’t know what you are teaching the cooks and the people preparing the burritos, but a half a scoop of rice, beans and meat, thats weak and extremely irritating. I used to love Chipotle, but you all have gone downhill.

Here is my ode to the Chicken Bowl. I entered the Chipotle like many Chipotle’s across the states. I’m from CA so I know my lettuce and Iceberg isn’t lettuce! That is the main problem. When I asked for a Chicken Bowl and then three times they have to ask«What kind of meat» it is time to open up the ears. The nerdy kid not working behind the cashier and not stuffing bags was just standing around and put my dressing on the back counter. I had to remind him that I have a salad and need the dressing… come on! If you’re a die hard chipotle fan stay away… if you are ok with mediocracy; go for it.

Great food as usual. But like everyone else says, the line is extremely long and the workers are very slow. No sense of urgency as the other local chipotle’s. Someone in management needs to visit this location ASAP!

Line was out the door, quesadillas were dripping orange grease, chicken was not seasoned as usual, 8 pieces of steak on a half steak/half chicken quesadilla. Bathroom was dirty, tables hadn’t been wiped off in multiple uses. Staff was unfriendly, could have used at least 2 more workers. Unhappy and won’t be going back to this location.

I love chipotle and am having my first unpleasant experience in this restaurant. Line winding out the door and got my food cold! Why you ask? We seem to be busier filling faxed and texted orders than helping the schmucks standing in line. Never dining at this location again.

I don’t know whether the chipotle staff is slow here… or if there’s just a lot of people who goes to this chipotle. Every time I’ve been to this location, there has ALWAYS been a long line no matter what time I go. I’ve been there at 2pm, 5pm, 6pm, 8pm. still a line. The line is wrapped around the whole entire store too and that’s basically a 30 – 45 minute wait. I have now started to order online( ) which saves SO much time. You make the order, pay, and choose a time to pick it up online. Then when you get to the restaurant, you walk up the front on the left side of where the register is and tell the workers your name and they’ll hand you a bag with your food! Food at this location is good and portion size is good too! The wait is just horrible but I’m so happy I found a way around the wait.

Pros: Quality ingredients, huge portions, good prices, faster than expected service, friendly service Cons: Not enough parking, long line, semi-long wait, messy/trashy tables when busy Chipotle, a company that focuses on quality of food, while still providing outstanding quantity. «Chipotle released a mission statement called Food with Integrity, which highlights its efforts in using organic ingredients, and serves more naturally raised meat than any other restaurant chain.» Located just off of Prince William Parkway, Chipotle is located in a mixed area of other food places. The location is horrible for parking, with a Chick Fil A, Starbucks, Coldstone, and Verizon store all using the same parking lot, it makes for tough parking. Like all other Chipotles and reviews of this location, the obvious statement being, the line is always long and sometimes you can wait 10 –30 minutes to get through the line. However, I will say that this location does a good job getting through the line as quickly as possible and I’m sometimes surprised how quickly they get through it. The inside is usually crowded, but there’s always people coming and going, which opens up a table without a long wait. There’s also outdoor seating, but you will have to hope for a good weather. It’s usually clean, but after a rush, you can experience messy tables and the occasional trash. My wife and I usually use the online ordering, which is cheating the system, I’ll explain why. It seems no matter what time you select for pick-up, they never seem to have it ready, but you still skip the line and go to the front. When we tell the cashier we have an order for pickup, they always ask the name, realize it’s not made, and make it on the spot. Now, you can use this to your advantage as you can submit the order online for whatever time, skip the line, and no matter what time you have selected, they’ll usually make it right when you arrive.(I don’t recommend this, nor do we use it, but I can see how people can take advantage of it.) Overall, Chipotle is a great place to get natural, organic, and fresh ingredients, and large portions for a reasonable price. I personally think it has better flavor than some of the like burrito places(Moe’s, Qdoba), but you’re likely to get faster service if in a rush from those other places. I would recommend using the online ordering and taking it to go.

Long lines and they only had 2 servers. Amaze how they let 4 workers go on break together when they have long lines. People waiting for more than 45mins
