Like any home owner 15 years ago Alvaro Ruano had a water damage in his home that he didn’t know how to handle or to repair the issue. He called a Restoration company to come out and assess the damage. He was intrigued by the process and wanted to know more about how to prevent/​fix this problem himself. He went to work for a Restoration company for over 13 years. In that time Alvaro found the work very inserting and rewording knowing people’s homes where taken care of properly. He learned and focus on Water Damage, Mold Remediation, and Fire Damage Restoration. Alvaro also learned how to have a great sales presentation, work quickly and effectively. He teaches these lessons to his employees to make sure everything is done properly.
