The hotel itself was nice, with clean rooms. It was also very easy to find and the lady at the front deal was very nice. But I don’t think I got more than 4 hours of sleep due to the constant slamming of doors, and yelling right outside our door into the late hours. When I finally fell asleep I was awakened by the people above us stomping around. I guess I don’t know what they could do to fix this problem but I would think if people were being so loud at 12am, 1am etc a staff member would have gone and told them to be quiet. We were really excited to explore Washington, D.C. the next day but wasn’t as fun when you’re so tired.

Clean with microwave and frig. Reliable quality place to stop. However, for the $ — add $ 10 night and enjoy larger room, more towels, more pillows, and better breakfast at Hampton Inn.

Very rude customer service, guest services. I stayed there three nights and was a corporate customer. They wanted all of my credit card information and wanted to bill me rather than deal with the corporate level accounting. Owners had no idea how to use that portion of their computer system. They were very rude and unprofessional when I went to check out and acted as if I begged for a room. I will not be back.
