I have sensitive and olive in complexion skin so I need a very experienced person to do any sort of treatment on it. Even a facial could cause damage if left in the wrong hands. I’ve had great results from treatments here, especially the FACIALS and IPL treatments! They have been great! They know what they are doing and I always trust them to correct my skin needs safely. Also, their Glycolic cleanser is the best! The products are in house and done well. Thanks to the staff here, A++

This just happened, so before posting a review I decided to cool down a bit and write only based on facts, not emotions, as these two can be mixed easily.
There was a deal for Vitamin B/​Lipotropic injections on Groupon a while ago, I am anemic with a very busy schedule, so these shots make a huge difference in my life.
Most frequently, Cyanocobalamin is used when in injecting patients, as it is the most commonly supplemented form of vitamin B12, but you might be surprised to discover that this form of vitamin B12 does not actually occur in plants or animal tissues. In other words, outside of the chemically synthesized cyanocobalamin that you encounter as B12 in most vitamin supplements, you would be extremely hard pressed to find this compound in nature (in fact you would not be able to find it). As the name implies, cyanocobalamin contains a cyanide molecule. Most people are familiar with cyanide as a poisonous substance. Although the amount of cyanide in a normal B12 supplement is small and from a toxicology point, viewed as insignificant, your body will still need to remove and eliminate this compound. This removal is accomplished through your detoxification systems with substances like glutathione being very important for the elimination of the cyanide.
So I called Sima’s office and asked to verify what form of B12 they were using, was assured it would be the other kind, Hydroxcobalamin. Went back to Groupon and bought the deal. On April 2 had my consult and first injection. Sima walked in and we chatted briefly, I asked to see the label on the vial with injection compound, to my surprise the label said «Cyanocobalamin,» so we had a conversation with Sima, and she was sort of dodging my concerns, giving me various reasons as to why it would be safe to use this, or why she can not get the hydroxo-​kind. Finally, she said that she can not get the hydroxo version because she used to order it from a pharmacy out-​of-​state, but due to a recent changes in regulations, they were not able to ship across the state lines. I suggested reaching out to a customs prescription pharmacy in Bellevue, and she promised she would.
Next week, I got good news, the pharmacy was able to create a custom prescription using hydroxo version of vitamin B12. I went in for my 1^st injection, and did total of 4 of these spacing them a week apart. Felt great, was going to be on a road for a little while, so I asked Sima if she could write me a prescription for this same formula, so I can have it on hand, especially when I am out of town on a long trip, and especially given the fact that getting a single doze injection regularly costs $ 49, versus $ 49 for a vial that will last me a month long.
Sima said she would, but I would need to schedule an appt with her, after all she is a registered ARNP, and she should really be concerned for the patients well being, in addition to injecting their faces with Botox. So I paid out of pocket, $ 156 to come and see her, she spent 5 minutes with me, wrote me a prescription for a month supply with 3 refills and we agreed I come back in a few months for a follow up.
Got my prescription filled on 05/​01/​2014, was happy as a camp, did not need to use it very frequently, because I use only when I need an extra boost. The vial lasted me longer than 30 days, called in for a refill last week, was told by the pharmacy staff that due to another regulations change I will need a new prescription, as per the new guidelines, they are not able to mix all of the compounds together. So, I called Sima’s office, spoke with her med assistant Tamela, the conversation was going well, she said, that she would get back to me, but most likely, I would get multiple vials of individual ingredients and than would mix them before injecting myself. She said she was going to call me back few days later, which brings us to today’s phone call.
It looks like they are not going to renew the prescription because the minimum amount the pharmacy is able to dispense is larger than what I would need for a month therapy. The fact that I am willing to pay for it all and discharge of the rest and bear expense meant little to Tamela. This makes no sense what so ever. I paid out of pocket for a visit, initially it worked, but now due to all of these changes, we can not find a solution that would make everyone happy.
Which brings me to the final accord of the conversation. Tamela’s suggestion was to continue coming in for a weekly injection at the price of $ 49 if I wanted to get these in the future.
I have little patience or respect, for that matter, for those who give up at the first sight of an obstacle. I believe there is always a way of finding a way, and when clearly, Sima’s profit driven decision outweighs her concern for her patient’s well-​being, it is an overall very sad situation.
Sadly, I won’t be coming back for any of the cosmetic procedures in the future either.

Sima is horrible I wrote a review but i guess they got it taken off somehow, she didn’t do a chart on me did not know how much xeomin like botox she gave me and where she injected me, she did not remember the correct units she used, she is a mess, the worst clinic i have ever gone to. They finally gave me my money back as the injections didn’t work at all. What a joke… please don’t waste your money, any Dr, or ARNP who does not have a chart on you when she injects you with anything is just asking for trouble. The first appt I waited outside for an hour called the emergency number and got no response. She is asking for trouble, i am still thinking about turning her over to the state medical board. stay away from there…

I was referred here by my lady doctor to get my skin checked out. This was not a good sign.
Sure enough, Sima concluded that I would need two shave biopsies. Claudia, who assisted Sima, could tell I was nervous and was very reassuring throughout the process, even so much as to hold my hand. And Sima, who performed the actual biospy was very kind and gentle.
I had to returned to get an incision and it was comforting to be in the same room with these same ladies. I thought Sima did a really good job with my stitches, trying to position it so I would have the least visible scar possible. When I mentioned needing to go out and buy a ton more band-​aids, Claudia did not hesitate to give me a dozen so I would not have to spend the money.
I felt taken cared of by loving professionals despite the ickiness of the situation.
Docked a point because I was told I’d have to check on my insurance coverage myself that first visit and the front desk never seems to know whether I’ve paid my copay or not or what is going on after I walk out.

I went there for my first botox on a Groupon. My bf said I was too young. They wanted to know why I hadn’t come earlier and how much more I wanted to buy today and how many more appointments I wanted to schedule because I was in such need. The Med tech Pam made me feel horrible enough that I almost left before the appointment. Then Sima — ARNP came with the 20 units (I was told by real doctors that 20 is MORE than enough) and said 20 is just not enough we would need 20 more. I just turned 40. My dermatologist says I have gorgeous porcelain skin of a 30 year old. Sima is a horrible money grubbing women that proceeded to bruise me on every injection site. I WILL be complaining to groupon!
