Badge Busters

Terrible service. The quality was awful. I waited all day for them to print out 4 2×2 in photos on a shirt and you couldn’t even see the images the quality was so terrible. The owner refused to reprint them and she insisted on keeping my money and making me repay to reprint them. I have never felt with a more inexperienced, rude and unprofessional business owner in my life.

This place is my hero!!! I looked for a couple days to get pin-​back buttons printed in Los Angeles. I almost resorted to ordering online and paying a hefty shipping fee as I needed in a rush for my friend’s birthday. Luckily, I came across Badge Busters and after a quick call confirming they were able to do a very low quantity (ranging from 1 – 15 pins in three different designs) and had the button size in stock, I was on my way to get the buttons printed the next day.
When I got there, it only took a few minutes for them to take my design and give me a preview of what it would look like on a button. I was planning on driving back the next day to pick up but they were so sweet and got them done within an hour so I didn’t have to make the long trek during an extremely busy week for me.
I have already recommended their services to multiple friends and I will definitely go back when I have more printing needs.

I am updating and adding another star because Dauna reached out to me apologizing for the service I received and giving us more information on where to order from next time in order to receive expedited service. I will try using this company again for name tags in the future. So, I will leave it at a 3 for now until next time and update accordingly. Although, now I shouldn’t need any for a while thanks to Badge Busters!

DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had two questions and both were ignored and was told, «Order it or don’t» Relax man I had only have two questions. The pricings changed on a daily basis. I really genuinely felt a racist vibe from them.

great place the woman who works there is so nice patient and their prices beat any other place! i got a shirt made there for my friends birthday and i was really happy with the work that they did! my friend loved the shirt!

I recently started a business and from the beginning I have gone to Badge Busters and been thrilled each and every time with their work. George is extremely helpful and explained all the different tshirt options to me and then was able to bring up the design on screen directly in front of me so I could see. I have had numerous shirts printed, dress shirts embroidered, posters printed and patches made. I could not be happier with the level of service I have received and can not understand the previous reviews.
My last project I needed 4 posters printed and after going through the hassle with kinkos (where it was going to cost $ 40 to print each), I went to George and he was able to do the same printing but for $ 15 each. Kinko’s who?
Bottom line is; I will be going to Badge Busters for all my promotional and print needs. I have never had anything even close to an issue with service or pricing and would recommend Badge Busters to anyone.

Instead of calling my husband and telling him his order would not be ready for pickup on the agreed day, the owner let him drive 1 hour out to Woodland Hills on his day off from work to be stood up. Instead of doing the professional thing and coming down to the shop to rectify the situation, she informed him that he could pick them up at 8pm that night. An 8 hour wait in Woodland Hills or an hour to drive back home, another hour to drive back and pick up the order — oh and back home again… all because she apparently had some out of town guests. How lovely.

i had the same experience as those who rated this place with 1 star.
1.-wednesday– i saw in other Unilocal posts that people have gotten «quick jobs» done. called in [george] to see how long it would take to make 2 sets of 50 buttons and got an estimate. was told to email artwork and sent in the details of my order. i emailed the details. got a response 15 minutes after i emailed the details… telling me to send in my artwork… i sent it in… never got a response after.
2. thursday-​i called in about not receiving a response… george told me to come in and pay so that the order can be continued…[i had yet to get an invoice.] i came in and articulated in detail… what i wanted to dauna [the owner]. which was simple. i even had the opportunity to get 1 of the 2 designs edited for its pin. when i had the opportunity to explain that i wanted the image on the second pin to be fitted to the size of the button. dauna gave me the option of having a border around it… i said i need the image to be fit to fill the button and told her that it wouldn’t be an issue if the image exceeded the borders… acknowledging that the image wasn’t exactly the 2×3 dimension. she replied and i wont charge you for art work. i said «thank you»…she replied «that’s better than i get from others.» told her i needed these before saturday morning. we agreed. i paid. i left.
3. friday– got an email asking if i could wait until monday. i replied no. and picked them up later that day… they were not what i asked for. the image on the 2×3 did not fit to fill the button. dauna was not there… so less than an hour after i picked up— i sent an email telling her it was not what i articulated… never got a response.
4.tuesday– i called in– she said she could give me a discount on my next purchase. i didn’t want that! i wanted what i paid for. she said she couldn’t remake the product… and continued to argue with me… despite the fact that we agreed with payment that what i asked for could be produced. —she got off the phone with me…
i called back 5 minutes later…[george answered] he tells me that jpeg images cannot be adjusted to fit the button.
why didn’t dauna [the owner] tell me this… to my face!!! when i told her what i wanted? i don’t know what they cannot do… so now i’m stuck with a product i didn’t ask for…
pay for your customer service. buy online if you have to… just don’t end up like every other person who rated her with 1 star… paying for her lack of customer attention… please save your time and energy.

I needed some lanyards and was reluctant to buy them online, so I went to Badge Busters. My lanyards were done exactly as I wanted them and the service was friendly and efficient. What more could I ask? Thanks Badge Busters!

I really am pleased with the service here. They are friendly and a family owned business, which I prefer. I teach a singing class (Singing Stars) to kids, and need fliers, T shirts, etc… they always are so courteous and get the work done on time. i recommend highly!

Typically, I’ve had better experiences with this company, but their performance and attitude had completely turned me off.
I work for a company that needs high quality prints on a regular basis and their location is… I guess was very convenient. However, within a month’s period, they messed up two (expensive) orders and refused to fix the problems. The first was a high quality photo that needed printing. Simple job. It came back smudged and in a much lower res than what we sent. We double checked the file and everything. The mistake was clearly on their end. Any emails sent to them to fix the problem were ignored. Secondly, I spoke to them over the phone about switching a file. The man I spoke to said it was fine to switch it, the original file had not even gone to print. I received the product with the wrong file and at a lower res. When I asked him how he planned on fixing the problem, he claimed the phone call never happened. I would not recommend going to this company for their lack of reliability.

Ordered shirts for my intramural league. Went through the ‘proofing’ process with George, during which I had the opportunity to approve the design before it was printed. The logo I signed off on way clearly gray in the approved image, but when the shirts were printed, the logo was blue. Team name was ‘Silver Panthers,’ so obviously a blue logo wasn’t going to work.
I asked George to work with me to fix the mistake. I pointed out that he could fix the mistake for the price of just the shirts (at ~ $ 4 each). He told me that he was sorry if I «thought the image was blue,» which it clearly was. When I pleaded one last time for him to help a customer who had paid $ 300 for a shirt order and didn’t get what he wanted, he ignored my Email.
I paid for the entire order ahead of time so George had no incentive to work with me. The shirts look good, but the logo is simply wrong. I would suggest that if you work with them, be careful – if possible, try and see one sample of the completed product before filling the entire order.
I now have to play an entire intramural season as the ‘Silver Panthers’ with a blue panther on my shirt. I look bad in front of the team because I was in charge of ordering the shirts and we’re also going to look silly during the season.
I would not use them again.

This business located on a Canoga site, not on Ventura. They are across from gas station (I got a bit confused when was looking for numbers of a business).

Despite the single one-​star review, I had to go to Badge Busters because I had a rush job and other businesses nearby were charging an arm and a leg. George came through with an awesome job on time and reasonably priced.
I must say I was pleasantly surprised. And no I didn’t spot Rebeccah-​Romijn there.

I have done business with Badge Busters for years and they surprise me every time!
I’ve had over 500 t-​shirts printed, 500 shot glasses engraved and 1000 buttons made throughout the years. My sorority sisters and I have a limited budget so the price is great. And who doesn’t love a family business?
P. S. I saw Rebecca Romijn here 3 times! I saw her making gag gifts for her hubby Jerry O’Connell. She must love this place!

I was looking for a company that was able to screen print on T-​Shirts that I already had paid for through someone else. I came in and was politely greeted by a woman named Donna. She was bright and cheery and very understanding. She spent an enternity with me, helping me redesign my logo so that it would look good on my shirts. The other employee, George, was equally helpful. After all the work they had gone through on their computer to help me, I was hesitant to tell them that I needed it in 3 days. I apologized profusely for the rush, but Donna was nothing but kind. She even waived the rush fee. They ended up having it done on time and perfect. I picked them up and was thrilled. Everyone at the event that my company was sponsoring wanted one of my T-​Shirts. I told them that they one have to go see the best Screen Printer on the West Coast…
Thanks to them I was saved.
