Big & Tall Casual Male

Store is closed. They are putting in a Chipotle in it’s place. Looks like I have to go to the Glendale location to get clothes. :-(

My husband shops here for his clothes… not because he WANTS to, but more, because he HAS to. He’s on the large size, and if he doesn’t feel bad enough on his own for having that issue, this store does a good job of adding to that. Their merchandise is actually good quality, and my husband can always find something he likes. For that, I could give it 3 stars. The problem is the price. They absolutely price gauge a person into bankruptcy, and for that, I only award 2 stars. He will buy 3 items and run it well up over $ 100, sometimes nearing $ 150…just for 3 pieces of clothes, and on rare occasions, it’s been upwards of $ 200 for just 3 items. We see the prices in regular stores. It simp[ly isn’t like that anywhere else unless we’re talking high-​end fashion, and this place clearly isn’t that. It’s just average. Also, rarely, do they give coupons, and when they do, they’re just downright insulting. I suppose this is not the individual store’s fault, probably more like corporate… however, this store represents the corporate image, so I will still attack them for it.
One last thing, we have shopped at a number of Casual Male’s, and every last one of them has a cashier who will invariably ring up the sale, my husband will ask if they can do something they don’t know how to do, and it ends up being a VERY PAINFUL process to get back to where we started because they goofed up in some way. I can’t believe how complicated their computer system is that it confuses almost every cashier how to do something out of the ordinary. It’s just one more thing about this store that irritates me to no end.
