Established in 2001.

We started this business with the intent of assisting the small to mid-​size business owner obtain fast & friendly prices and service.

Brilliant Insurance Services, a division of Blue Skies Forever, Inc., was formed in the Summer of 2001. Our mission remains consistent — to serve Californians with the best policies their dollar can buy. Our diversified staff, comprising some 50 years of indusrty experience, utilize state-​of-​the-​art technology to make your insurance experience with us as effortless as possible.

Simply put, we are «Independent Brokers/​Agents» representing you the «client». We are licensed professionals and bring a personal touch to the delicate relationship between you, the «client» and the «insurance company.» We can act as «brokers» or as «agents» depending on the product sold and/​or our relationship with the actual insurance carrier.

We are located in beautiful Woodland Hills, California in the Warner Center area.

David Has been doing insurance since 1989 and is the CEO of Brilliant Insurance Services. Graduate of UCSD, started the company with his wife and business partner Julie, a grad of SWA.
