Some Carl’s Jr. Hit the spot, others don’t … With this specific one it’s a hit or miss with the employees but the food is usually on spot . The western bacon or the meal deal is the way to go depending on your budget. The one thing that annoys me about this spot is they have the pink house dressing but always give me the blue ranch dressing when I specifically ask for that kind . I don’t know why it’s such an issue but I guess it is. Overall the food and service is pretty good. Some things that can change is definitely pricing especially since a western bacon combo was 7 $ not too long ago and now it’s about 8.50 . Oh man times are changing. Hopefully this one can change for the better in the future.

Came in in the middle of lunch time(12:30). It took good 5 minutes to even acknowledge that I was there, even though I was the first one at the counter. They were shorthanded and the girl who was working drive-thru window was taking my order. It took her 3 attempts to finally pay attention to me because of interraptions. After she took my order, it took them 15 minutes to prepare it. I had to go up to counter and complain. but the manager wasn’t even there. The burger was cold and tasteless. Terrible place!!!

Miguel took care of me here. I had a problem at location on kanan and I guess I have to start coming here now. Nighttime kid that works the window is kind of a dick but the manager is cool here. If you come here just ask for Miguel to take care of you. Explain exactly what you need and he will do it with a smile on his face. But the problem is I never see him there. I deal with Dora. I hate Dora. Attitude and bad service rolled into a horrible experience that will make you never want to see her face again.

My boyfriend and I went today through the Drive Through. We ordered a famous star combo with no tomatoes and onions, and fried zucchini. When we got to our destination we saw that they put in the tomatoes and onions and they FORGOT our fries. Also the fried zucchini burned my tongue. So I’ve been trying to call them because we don’t have time to go back right now and no one answers. ALSO they didn’t us a receipt. NEVERGOINGTOTHISLOCATIONAGAIN.

The help are friendly and efficient. The place is always clean. Most of the burgers are good. I just had a steak and eggs breakfast burrito and it was delicious. I have always thought they had good coffee but today I was really disappointed. It was old and bitter as an Italian divorce and needed to be adulterated with cream and sugar.

Ok so let me start by saying this is a drive through fast food restaurants so my standards and expectations are already pretty low I’m not one of those people that demands I get 5 star service from a jack in the box but cmon Carl’s jr I expected at least people at their place of business available to at least pretend to do their job Just went by this Carl’s jr that states it’s open 24 hours waited for a few minutes with no one talking to me at the speaker tried calling out got no response. Drove up to the window and there’s apparently no one employed in the fast food place right now it’s totally empty but all the lights are on and I’m staring at this sign that says open 24 hours! So I called the number listed… Nothing nothing at all waited a few more minutes before I decided to give up i guess all the employees are taking a nap break wish my job was that cushy

This place is dirty, the floor is covered in French fries and papers. Two ice machines and both are empty. Flat and watered down root beer. Sitting here for 25 minutes and still have not seen my order! There are only three employees working while the fourth is on her phone sitting in a booth. The alarm for what I guess means the fries are done just keeps on beeping away as people are talking over it… Very annoying! What happened to this place? Used to be a nice restaurant but just went down hill! Now some women is asking for help… And no one is answering back! We are asking for our money back because we are now being told that our order has not even been started! This place sucks!

My review’s probably not worth much, since I consume fast food roughly once every 4 – 5 months, and only when I’m: 1) starving, 2) pressed for time, 3) have no other option, which recently, was the case. I thought a chicken burrito might be healthier than a chicken sandwich, so I opted for the former; BADCHOICE. BTW, this particularly Carl’s is also a Green Burrito. But, I’m actually not writing this to review the food; after all, it IS fast food. What can I expect??? This is a warning for anyone that DOES frequent fast food or that LIKES Carl’s JR., BEWARE of this location for two reasons:(1) when you ask for salsa, they give you packets of «stuff» that is definitely NOT salsa. I thought Carl’s gave you plastic containers of salsa? Maybe that was 5 years ago. whatever.(2) they do NOT take AMEX.(3) It took FOREVER to go through the drive thru.

Want a fast burger? You won’t get that here! I went to Carl’s because I wanted a lettuce wrapped cheeseburger and In-N-Out was out of the question with their long lines. I should have just gone there. Even though it’s further and has a longer line, I still probably would have gotten home faster. Then the cashier gave my burger without even asking for money because he was so high. I told him he’s lucky I’m an honest person and handed him my money. The only reason they got 2 stars was because they actually made my order correctly.

horrible staff and service. even drive through takes hours. the girl at the front inside says yellow onion instead or red apparently her head is in the sky. I feel bad for the manager training her. they made us wait on our short 30 min lunch almost 30 min for 3 orders and she gave one of my friends burger to a drive through order. they suck ass!

I don’t eat at fast food joints very often but when I do I expect a certain quality and standard for my food. With that being said I will not go back to Carl’s jr. Anytime soon. Reasons? Several and as following: food was cold, forgot my drink order, forgot part of my food order and!!! I requested large cross cut fries and was charged for a large and the quantity of fries was that of barely a small order of criss cut fries. Better step up your game guys seriously.

I come here on a Sunday afternoon to get a quick lunch. I have the time to step in and have my meal inside. The AC is not working the place is in desperate need of a big remodel. I like Carl’s Jr for the classic sandwiches but I think over the years air quality service and their staff establishments has become lower and lower. I don’t know if I’m going to be coming back to this one branch I’ll get the other carls Jr’s a try.

This place still sucks but when I’m totally broke and am craving a disgustingly delicious terrible famous star I go through with shame and although they never remember to give you ketchup regardless of how soon or frequent you ask for it(they lack short-term memory, may be asbestos in the vents). I still get a feeling it’s possible they might be trying so I think a 2-star update is more than generous.

Came in with a 2 for $ 4 teriyaki turkey burger coupon. The drive through worker 1) gave the coupon back 2) did not give turkey but ground beef. They need quality control. I’ll be back again because the food is good enough

Busy Sunday at this location. I grabbed lunch and speed of service was good. Order taker wasn’t really paying attention to the details of my order, but got what I needed in the end. Love the fresh baked buns better then the old buns.

Terrible. I was the only one in the drive thru at 12 am and orderied 2 things. It took 20 minutes. You gotta be kidding me. Spicy chicken sandwich and a famous star combo shouldn’t take 20 minutes. One guys on his phone. Great.

Carl’s Jr is alright. I tend not to go for the food, which often ends up coming out wrong, anyway, but rather for their milkshakes, which are available for under $ 4 each. Not a bad deal, certainly no more than a Starbucks coffee.

The only time I go here is when everything else is closed after 2am. We all have those moments. Maybe that’s the reason the food is consistently disgusting but even fast food shouldn’t be this bad. They’re open because everyone else is closed so get it together! The fried zucchini are soggy; no fried texture at all but a soft, mushy, breaded top layer. The fries are made in oil that’s become overused and dirty which makes everything taste pretty bad. Basically, it tastes like the food has been sitting around all day and even when options are limited so late or early in the night, I’d rather stay hungry.

It’s nothing to be entirely excited about. I mean, it’s fast food, right? I’m also not even a huge fan of Carl’s Jr, in comparison to other fast food places. However, there are two things I really like about them. One is that their chicken(not the fried chicken) doesn’t taste as processed as some other places. A chicken breast sandwich actually has what looks like and tastes like a chicken breast; it’s not some chicken patty thing. Also, I love the fact that they will take any of their sandwiches and wrap them in lettuce, rather than put them on a bun. They also put a little bit more lettuce than In n Out, so it’s a tad bit neater(which goes against their old tag line about it «getting all over the place,» but that’s ok with me). They’ve been doing it for years, apparently, it’s just not been very well publicized. On their menu they do have a ‘low-carb’ burger, so apparently they’re understanding that they need to make it very well known. Maybe they need to make a new commercial with the latest celebutante strumpet/model looking salaciously at the lettuce-wrapped jalapeño chicken sandwich.

This Carl’s Jr doesn’t mess up in my order. They are fast and friendly. Easy for me to pick up something before I head to my friends house around the corner. Parking area is clean and so is the inside. I haven’t had a bad experience yet!
