Intimate Image® breast prosthesis services is deeply committed to the special needs of post– mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation therapy patients.

With over 20 years experience as bra and breast prosthesis fitting specialists and our vast selection of wigs and hats, we help you see how it is possible to go back to your pre-​cancer lifestyle during and after treatment.

We help with insurance concerns and work with your budget. We show you a range of prosthesis options, and introduce you to the wide range of bra choices not limiting you to pocketed bras. You will see that your lifestyle does not need to change with fashion choices, active wear, or lingerie needs to come up with a perfect fit. You may choose to be seen in a group setting, in the privacy of your home, in the hospital, in your doctor’s office, or the warm surroundings of our shop.

BEST TRULY PERSONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!
Terri is simply the best. She made an emotional situation fun, up-​lifting (no pun intended) & was so efficient that I was done getting sized, fit & walked out of there with a pair of boobs & 3 bras in 40 minutes.
Terri’s super knowledge is amazing. She could tell just from looking at me what would look great & what wouldn’t.
Her medical knowledge of pain, side effects & IV Ports ensured I didn’t choose a bra that would hurt or push on my Port.
Even my husband was very comforable.

I had a wonderful experience here. I’m going through chemo and I’m going to lose my hair. I made an appointment to look at wigs and my friends came with me for moral support. Terrye made us all feel welcome but more importantly, she made me feel comfortable. She was so patient and kind and knowledgeable. I’m really happy with the wig I chose and all of the pretty scarves and hats they have available here. It felt like a very safe environment and I’m so glad I went here for help. I highly recommend Intimate Image and Terrye!

If life is perfect and fair, you’ll never have a reason to visit Intimate Image. Intimate Image offers amazing service to cancer patients in a boutique environment. I visited initially looking for a specific headband to secure a wig, and hoped to make a quick exit. But Terrye has a rare gift — she is able to make uncomfortable clients comfortable. She made me feel like myself again without making me feel stupid for being so inept. She taught me how to use water to style a wig and how to create a personal style. All kinds of information one would never know unless someone has the patience to teach it.
I have returned repeatedly and purchased a number of other items. As others have stated, it is better to have an appointment (to respect the privacy of other clients). On the other hand, I have stopped by with a quick question or an item needing service and Terrye has been willing to take a minute and put paperwork aside to speak with me. Thanks Terrye!

This store is in my own neighborhood and I never knew about it. I went there for compression garments and discovered a wonderful world of people and products there. I can’t recommend them more highly. They are all cancer survivors so this isn’t just a job to them, it’s a passion. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted like family with smiles, understanding, compassion and assistance for whatever it is you need. There is a world of products in the store, not just lingerie and wigs. You’ll be happy you came here.

I am going through chemo right now and had to get a wig and my head shaved. I was told about this place from a friend, who is also going through the same thing. I could not have asked for a better experience. Terrye is the one who made the magic happen. She shaved my head and made me feel very comfortable. She is such a lovely woman and I feel lucky to have met her. I also bought a wig from her and she altered it perfectly. I went in today to have her style it a bit and it looks amazing. They also have a ton of hats, scarves, and accessories that I indulged in. An unfortunate situation lead me to an amazing place and a wonderful woman. I highly recommend Intimate Image!!!

This place is amazing ! When i lost my hair due to chemo I was lucky enough to be assisted & given undivided attention here & was made to feel comfortable and given hope. being diagnosed at 25 losing my hair was very hard for me! The staff is very friendly & welcoming ! They treat you like family ! anything you need from wigs, prosthesis, bra, scarves anything you need they will accommodate! Make you feel special cause they will not stop until you are happy with what you hey definitely. worth the drive from LA ! well always come back !

This is definitely THE place in the area to go to when you are dealing with breast cancer. ALL the ladies there are kind and helpful and knowledgeable. The treat you with respect and genuine care. I do recommend setting an appointment since they like to be able to give you their undivided attention. I went in without an appointment and was lucky enough to arrive when the shop was slow and still got first class service and assistance. I definitely felt better after leaving and this is now my first stop to get what I need in this area.

I first met Terri when I needed a wig because of going through chemotherapy for breast cancer. I have since been back several times, as they always make me feel good, and have new items to perk me up. The staff is so helpful, knowledgeable and nurturing. This is where you want to go for your wig, prosthesis, scarf and clothing needs. If you’ve got cancer, you owe it to yourself to go here for your needs; you will be very well taken care of!
