History

Established in 2000.

Neal obtained his J.D. in 1978. While in law school Neal was the Lead Articles editor for the school’s Law Review and received awards for academic excellence.

Upon graduation from law school, Neal performed criminal appellate work representing indigent defendants on appeal from the Second Appellate District. After a few years of criminal defense work, Neal formed a partnership with other attorneys practicing injury litigation, primarily representing plaintiffs.

In 2000, Neal formed his solo practice, The Law Office of Neal R. Rosenthal, APC, which is where he works today.
