I love the postal annex! Everyone is so nice here. I highly recommend this place over going to UPS or the FedEx stores. The FedEx employees that work at the store in this same shopping center are very unpleasant and not helpful at all.
You can send US Mail, UPS and Fedex from this store. There is a huge parking lot and parking shouldn’t be an issue.

When Im in the valley this is the place to go to get stamps, drop off your packages, or even do some shopping. The employees here are all so nice and helpful. Its basically your one stop shop! Also be sure to take a look at all their little goodies bc they have some great gifts.

I’ve had a mailbox at this Postal Annex location for many years now & have never had a problem! The mail is always sorted on time, the staff is always friendly & even when I go on trips, they hold my bigger packages for me that don’t fit in my mailbox. They offer 24 hour access to your mailbox as well which is great for me! They have a ton of shipping options from DHL, FedEx, USPS, & UPS and they always make sure to give me all the options available when I’m shipping something. It’s very convenient for me, especially during the holiday season because waiting in lines at the post office during Christmas time is such a waste of time! If you’re in the area, I highly recommend going to them for all your shipping needs, way better than going to the post office!

Love this place. I’ve had a mailbox here for 4 – 5 years and love them. They’re always friendly and willing to go the extra mile for their customers when needed. I love that I get an e-​mail when a package arrives and how friendly Kimmie and all her staff are.

Go to the post office for your USPS needs, don’t use them for USPS. Against my better judgment I listened to the well meaning clerk, now $ 44 dollars and two weeks later I have no idea where my package went!

As a photographer, I am often mailing out very important CD’s, flash drives and wedding albums. This postal annex, as well as others around where I live, always have what I need to package and ship my items safe and quick.
I’m very particular about how my items are shipping considering albums are very expensive and clients are counting on me to deliver them a beautiful product.
The wonderful Kimmie (sorry if I spelled it wrong) always takes the time and care to hand wrap my packages and find the right envelopes, even though I’m sure I piss her off as I stand watching her do it, I do help sometimes. She’s very friendly and always upbeat. Her Uncle actually owns another Postal Annex where I live in Thousand Oaks, and his store also takes proper care of anything I need shipped. Bonnie is another employee who always does whatever she can to help, finding just the right box and even allowing me to put in those fun styrofoam peanuts.
I will continue to always use them for any of my shipping needs! Great job!

I got a coupon in the mail and it mentioned that it was under new management, thank goodness cuz the other guy was kinda rude. Anyhow needed to mail out some packages and was greeted by the owner. She was very friendly and helped me box up my packages and ship them out. I rather pay a few dollars extra than wait at the dang post office for hours. I couldn’t help myself they had the cutest greeting cards and little knick knacks. I will definitely be back. Thank you

I’m not sure what the lady above me is talking about. Of course they charge a little bit more, they are a convenience store, they are there for your convenience. They make you a label, save you time, and are nice to you unlike the post office. I go here to ship items to my children in college regularly. It’s always fast, and friendly when i’m there. They have the best cards and gift items too!

I will never go here again. In an attempt to save gas, I mailed a padded envelope from here as opposed to going to the post office. It took forever for them to process it and when my one pound package came to $ 9.50, I thought it was a little high. So I asked them how much was their percentage and they told me very little. Stupid me. I came home and put in the info at the
postage calculator, it came to $ 5.30!!! unbelievable. What a bunch of crooks. I have learned my lesson.

I love this place.
I have family that lives in LA and when I’m down visiting sometimes I get dragged to do errands. The only stop I don’t mind is coming here.
The store is clean and inviting. The owner is extremely friendly, funny and always puts a smile on our faces. He is the perfect example of utmost professionalism and courtesy. He gets the job done in a timely manner, while making sure to take time to get to know each customer.
Perhaps my favorite part is the gift shop section! I could spend hours perusing the cards, gifts, magnets and keychains. Kudos, Postal Annex.

Great service and I like that it’s right off of the 101 where Calabasas, Woodland Hills, and West Hills meet. Paul, the owner, is very friendly and treated a couple of other customers in there nicely as well. I’ll be coming here again for my shipping needs or if I need something notarized when I am in the area.
